I drove down the highway listening to the jams from back in the day, I'm young but I'll listen the hell out of a oldie! I was heading down to Chili's to have a lunch date with my boo Lisa. Haven't seen her in two weeks, I wonder what she been up to.

I pulled into the packed parking lot and found a parking spot up at the front. I thanked God for it, cause a bitch really didn't feel like walkin far.

I hopped outta my Benz, locked it, and walked into the restaurant. A hostess walked over to assist me.

"Hi, welcome to Chili's. Are you ordering to go? Or will you be dining in with us today?"

"I will be dining in with a friend today"

"Ok, follow me right this way"

I followed her over to a booth near the window.

"Your waiter will be with you shortly to take your drink order"

"Ok. Thank you"

Just then, my phone buzzed. Someone sent me a text message. I pulled out my phone to see who it was. When I saw the number, a smile instantly spread across my face.

BigDaddySean: hey bae. Sorry I couldn't text you back earlier. A nigga got caught up in sumn

YannieLuv: it's ok babe. I know how it is. But I missed your fine ass.

BigDaddySean: and I miss yo sweet pussy ass. But uh... what you got on tho?

I busted into laughter after reading that text message. A few white people turned around and looked at me like I was crazy. I scrunched my face up at them. "Yes I'm loud. And I'm black. So say it loud, 'I'M BLACK AND I'M PROUD!' "

A few of them gasped, got up and left. I sat there laughing at the stupid asses.

YannieLuv: Clothes Desean. I have on clothes. I'm at chili's waiting on Lisa late ass. Bitch never on time. I just caused a ruckus in here and a few white people ran out!

BigDaddySean: smh. Yo overly loud ass. Watch you get kicked out.

I was so into the conversation with Desean that I hadn't seen Lisa sitting across from me. I looked up and damn near jumped outta my skin.

"Who the fuck does that Lisa?"

"Hmm?"

"You know not to sneak up on a bitch like me. I could've capped yo ass!"

"You was all into that phone. I knew it had to be Desean cause yo ass was blushing hard as fuck. I just wanted to give you your moment"

" I guess girl. What's been up with you? I haven't seen you in a minute"

"I know... I just been.. chilling. I think I'm depressed again. I never wanna get out of the fuckin bed anymore" Lisa said lookin down with tears in her eyes.
