Chapter 31: Teach Me

[Shane's POV]

Joey had been sleeping for a little bit now. Nicole and I were talking for a while.

Shane: When are you going back to Boston?

Nicole: Tomorrow afternoon.

Shane: You should stay at me and Joey's tonight!

Nicole: Really?

Shane: Yeah, there is an extra bedroom you know.

Nicole: Oh, thanks Shane!

A doctor walked into the room.

Doctor: When Joey wakes up you can tell him he is free to leave, but remind him about everything we've told him to do.

Shane: Yes! That's great Dr.

Nicole: Should we just wake him?

Shane: Fuck yeah! I want outta here!

Nicole: Joey!

Joey just groaned and moved to his side.

Shane: Joey you can leave now!

Joey: w-wot?

Nicole: C'mon Joey! Let's go!

Joey: G-go aw-way...

Shane: Joey get the fuck up! We can go home now!

Joey: Wait really!

Joey shot up off the bed. Jumping as if he were a gorilla.

Joey: Where's my clothes!

I pointed to them. He grabbed them then ran into the small bathroom.

Joey: Can somebody pass me in my shoes?! Please!

"Here" I said as I handed them to him. A few seconds later he was standing at the door brushing himself down.

Joey: Let's go now! Hurry!

[Joey's POV]

Shoot! I forgot to grab my phone! I grabbed it off the table by the bed then grabbed Shane's arm, dragging him out from the room.

Joey: What time is it?

Shane checked his phone for me.

Shane: It's just past 6 o'clock!

Joey: Yes! Plenty of time!

Shane: For what?

Joey: For me to teach you how to play HungerCraft!

Shane: What?

Joey: Hungercraft! It's minecraft but you're playing a hunger games themed game. Hungercraft! Have you not seen my gaming channel?

Shane: Well....no...I don't play games, I don't even understand them!

Joey: Then you'll have the best teacher!

Nicole: Does this mean I get LA TV all to myself?!

Joey: Yeah, but only for a few hours!

Nicole: Wooo!

We walked out of the hospital doors and Shane took us to his car.

Joey: When did you bring your car here?

Shane: When I was "making a few calls" I went home and got it.

Joey: Shotgun!

I hopped into the passenger seat while Nicole got into the back and Shane got in the driver's side.
