Chapter 61: Can I Ask You Something?

Nicole: Shane OMG! OMG! You're going to marry my brother! If you could see me right now!

Shane: Calm Nicole! He hasn't said yes yet!

Nicole: He will!

Shane: Don't mention anything to your dad!

Nicole: I'm sat here crying!

Shane: Emotional?

Nicole:    :'(

Shane: Joey's going to wake up if I keep laughing at these messages from you! I'll see you tomorrow!

Nicole: Alright!

[Shane's POV]

This was defiantly going to happen now. I'm going to ask his dad...

[Joey's POV]

Shane was still out. Nicole texted me which made me wake up. Before I opened the text I checked the time on my phone. 10am!

New Message From: Nicole Graceffa!

Nicole: Hey! You awake?

Instead of texting Nicole, I called her. I didn't want to wake Shane yet so I walked down the hall and into the bathroom.

Nicole: Hello?

Joey: Hey, it's Joey!

Nicole: Hey, do you want me to come get you now to take you to moms?

Joey: Yeah please!

Nicole: Okay, I'm about to get into my car.

Joey: I'll get Shane up then!

Nicole: DON'T!

Joey: Uhh?

Nicole: I mean...let him stay in bed...he'll be jet lagged!

Joey: Are you sure?

Nicole: Oh yeah!

Joey: I'll tell dad that he's staying...

Nicole: Okay, I gotta hang up now I'm about to drive.

Joey: Well see ya!

I came out of the bathroom to see my dad walk by it.

Joe: You ok Joey?

Joey: Yup!

Joe: Are you going to your moms house?

Joey: Yeah, Nicole's on her way to take me...Shane's going to stay here if that's alright.

Joe: No problem Joey.

As my dad was about to leave, I stopped him.

Joey: Dad?

Joe: Hmm?

Joey: Why are you so acceptant to me being...gay? When I was a kid you tried your best to keep me...masculine!

Joe: I give up on that. You didn't want to be like that, you wanted to be...you.

 Joey: I know...but...actually being gay!

Joe: I don't care what your sexual orientation is! All that matters is that you really like...or love who you're with, whether it's a guy or a girl!
