Chapter 24: Fights

[Joey's POV]

We were back in the apartment with Cat. We were waiting for Luke to call us and tell us to go to the restaurant we were having dinner at. I got changed into a new outfit. Cat and Shane were plotting how they'd catch Sawyer out, they both think Sawyer may have a crush on me.

*I'm sorry I'm a fuck up! Yeah! I can't do nothing right! I'm sorry I'm a fuck up! Yeah!*

Cat: Nice ringtone Joey!                                                   

Joey: ha-ha you're funny Cat!

Joey: Hello?

Luke: Hey Joey, were on our way to the restaurant now, try and get there quick, and remember...don't act super nice to Shane!

Joey: Okay okay...were leaving now.

Luke: See you there!

Joey: Bye! *Hangs up phone*

Joey: That was Luke, they're on their way to the restaurant now, let's go!

Shane drove us since he wasn't going to have any alcohol because he doesn't drink. Cat sat in the passenger seat to make it look less obvious. It would be hard not being nice to Shane or even getting to sit beside him! We got to the restaurant surprisingly fast considering there was traffic in LA. Cat and I got out of the car and walked into the restaurant while Shane parked the car. Cat and I got a table which was more of a booth, sat next to each other and a few minutes later Sawyer, Luke and Ingrid came in and sat at the table.

Sawyer: Where's Shane?

I nudged Cat indicating for her to tell them.

Cat: Oh! He's parking the car.

Sawyer: He drove?

Cat: Shane doesn't drink remember, so he took us.

Sawyer: Oh yeah...well that was nice of him. What has you so quiet Joey?

Joey: Uhh nothing?

Sawyer: Oh... *Shane walks into the restaurant* Look there's Shane now.

I tried not to look at Shane walk into the restaurant, but I couldn't resist to look over to him, he's too hot not to look at! Shane sat next to Sawyer since it was the only free seat left.

Ingrid: We should order now.

The waitress came over to the table and took our orders. Cat and Shane we're staring at Sawyer to see if he was looking at her. She was gorgeous, I'm allowed to say that now that I'm gay aren't I? He didn't even acknowledge her. Cat gave me a look that was kind've like "I told you so." Big deal! Just because he doesn't check out a girl doesn't mean he's into guys!

Joey: What did you guys order?

Luke: Me and Ingrid are going to share a pizza.

Sawyer: Lobster!

Cat: A mini BBQ pizza.

Shane didn't answer, he was looking down at the floor.

Joey: Shane?

Shane: Oh umm, a chicken salad.

Luke: You got chicken didn't you Joey!

Joey: Heck yeah!

We all talked until the waitress came back with are food, a waiter brought out some of the plates  with her. Sawyer seemed to look at the waiter more than the waitress. Now Shane gave me the "I told you so" look.
