He had been planning for the trip for weeks. He was going to New York City! He packed an extra scarf, glasses cleaner, and his lamp. Most importantly, his ANTI-TOASTER SPRAY. He took a deep breath. He rechecked his map. Five inches. He got his ruler. He measured five inches. Funny, he had walked five inches many times before. Maybe you needed to be ready to go from London to New York City. He picked up his things. He took a deep breath. He walked five inches.

He looked at his feet. No ocean. Wasn't there supposed to be an ocean? There was on the map. He hadn't seen one the whole trip. Maybe it just dried up. Then the Prince of people probably hired someone to put flooring down. He looked up. He wasn't in New York City! He was still in his library! Ohhh ... you had to do it on the map. He took it down from the wall. He checked to make sure that there were no folds. Or crinkles. That would mess things up. Good. He went back to London. Five inches later, he looked around. It was rather dark. He couldn't see anything. Then he realized that his eyes were closed. He opened them. Still not there. OHHH!!! He was in a library in New York City. It just looked like his own. Odd. The person who owned this library had a good taste. Oh well, he had to get going. He found the door and walked outside. New York City was a lot like London. The bustling people, the honking horns, just everything. He found a very nice store called The London Souvenir. He had seen many in London. It was probably a chain. He went inside and was greeted with a merry tinkling. He looked around and finally bought a fine blue scarf, a No-Hurt Llama Shaving Razor, and a brand-new copy of A Llama's Life: History, Jokes, Stories, and More! He wandered back out and got a nice, big, warm, salted pretzel. He enjoyed it in a park that looked rather like the one by his house. Hmm. He had heard there was a Center Park in New York City. He was probably there. Finally, he went back to the library and walked five inches back to London. Saturdays are the best days for llamas because they are not anywhere near Wensday and you don't have to attend to your princely duties. It was a Saturday when Prince Andre the llama the third went to New York City. DO NOT try this at home, for it only works for princely llamas and you will probably end up going to Narnia or Neverland.
