Chapter 11
Luke crawled out of bed in the army ours of the morning, he looked at the clock on his bedside table, it read 6:00am. He groaned yawning and walking to his bathroom and turned on the shower. He leaned on the door frame staring at Rose's fragile body laying in his bed facing the wall. He sighed and wondered what he was going to do with her, he needed to find a way to gain her trust and control her. Who knows what she is capable of. But he couldn't help but think about how scared she was of him last night, he didn't mean to be so aggressive, he just needed to show her he had control and what she did what extremely wrong. She's lucky he didn't do anything worse, she's lucky he hasn't told anyone else but Calum, Ash and Michael.

He took his gaze away from her and undressed himself, hopping into the shower and washing his body. The hot water calming him down and clearing his mind. He always knew this whole alpha thing would be hard but never had he imagined he'd have to deal with someone like her.

Luke dried himself off with a towel and left the bathroom. He looked over at Rose again who was still sleeping soundly and headed for his closet. He changed into ripped skinny jeans and a white t-shirt with a pattern on it. Grabbing his converse he went over to his bed and have Rose a kiss on the cheek before leaving and heading to get breakfast.

He ran down the stairs, hearing a crash coming from the kitchen and yelling following after.
"What is going on here?!" He shouted looking around waiting for an answer. "Well?"
"It wasn't me!" A blonde girl exclaimed.
"I don't care who did it! I just want to know why you're being so loud at 6:00 am, some werewolves are still sleeping" he said anger pulsing through his veins.
"Sorry Alpha Luke" They all apologised and scrambled to pick up the many pots and pans they had managed to drop.
"Do you want us to cook you breakfast?" A brunette asked.
"Yes please Lissa" Luke sighed sitting down. He rubbed his face with his hands and pulled at his hair.
"What's wrong?" Lissa asked.
"It's nothing, I'm fine it's just mate trouble that's all" Luke replied.
"Are you sure, you look like you need at hug."Lissa pointed out and Luke nodded his head opening his arms. She enveloped Luke in a big hug and told him she would always be there for him. He thanked and smiled at her.
"Have you found your mate yet?" He asked.
"No not yet, still looking but I can't wait to find the perfect match for me, your so lucky that you've found yours. I wish I had, it gets quite lonely sometimes" She admitted.
"Aww, I understand but it's always best to wait for the one and anyway you've got me for now" He smiled. She smiled back and said she needed to get back to cooking. Luke was just glad he's found someone else to talk to when he wasn't having the best day.

Just then Melody walked in yawning still in her pyjamas, Luke laughed at her and she scowled back at him. "Sleep well?" He asked still amused.
"No, stupid owls kept hooting at dawn! I'll kill them someday, they're getting right in my nerves" she moaned and Luke laughed again. "I can't tell" he replied. "Actually, now you're here, could you tell Rose when she wakes up that I'm out please, I don't want to be bothered by her" he complained.
"Yeah of course but you should really try and talk things out with her if you're having an argument" Melody explained.
"Trust me it's more than just an argument, I need time on my own, but keep a close eye on her, don't let her out of your sight. Promise me." Luke said.
"Promise."
"Thank you" Luke said pulling her into a hug and getting up to leave." Sorry Lissa, I'm not hungry anymore I'm going for a walk" he apologised and Lissa replied with an 'Ok don't worry'. Luke left the kitchen and walked towards the front door grabbing his coat and leaving.

Melody still sat in the kitchen trying to will herself to get up and go find Rose, but it was taking rather long. But not 2 minutes after Rose trudged into the kitchen with red puffy eyes and tear stains on her cheeks, complete with messy bed hair."Ah Rose I was just coming to find you" Melody told her and she just nodded sniffling."Is everything Ok?" She asked concerned. Rose nodded again wiping her eyes."Luke's busy right now he told me to tell you" nodding again she whispered and I know under her breath. "What was that?" She asked.
"Uh, I didn't say anything" Rose replied and Melody nodded. A plate of food was put in front of Melody and Rose by Lissa, full of eggs, bacon and sausages. Mumbling a small thank you Rose dug in, thinking about what Luke had said to Melody a few minutes ago. She has been listening in, not purposely, she just heard her name and got curious. But now she knew to stay out of Luke's way if that's what he wanted, all she wanted was to be accepted by at least one person but apparently that seems to be completely impossible for her to even come close to. She sighed and got up not even finishing half of her food and left. Melody almost fell over trying to run after her, not happy about having to leave her food behind. She contemplated staying to finish her food many times but knew she had to stay with Rose.

They walked out to the back garden and Rose sat down underneath a tree on the edge of the woods, wondering what would happen if she just ran out there for a little bit. She needed to feel free and happy again but it's hard to feel good when everyone hates you and when you've killed someone.
"I hope your not thinking what I think you are" Melody panted worried, glancing to the woods and Rose shook her head, blatantly lying but Melody jut sighed sitting next to her. "All you have to do is gain everyone's trust and then you'll be allowed out there, it's because your different, because you were a rogue" Melody explained.
"Why is it always because I'm different! I can't help who I am, why won't anyone except me for me? No one is ever gonna except me so I might as well get used to looking at the same four walls of Luke's bedroom room. Because it's not like I'm gonna see anything different in my lifetime" Rose sighed sadly, tears brimming her eyes.
"You will eventually, it'll just take time" Melody said trying to get her to calm down.
"No you don't understand!" Rose shouted standing up "No one does and no one ever will, I'll never get excepted I've come to terms with that, you know nothing, absolutely nothing!" She ran back towards the house crying, with Melody Hot on her tail. She ran back to Luke's bedroom, slamming the door shut, diving underneath the covers violently shaking and sobbing. Why can't she ever do anything right? Why won't anyone even remotely like her?
Melody knocked on the door "Rose are you okay?" She asked worriedly, dialling Luke's phone number. She didn't get an answer from Rose so she walked away from the door to talk to Luke.
"Hello? Melody? Is everything okay?" He asked.
"No, not really. I know you told me that you wanted to be alone but she's crying in your bed, she's feeling horrible. She keeps saying no one will ever accept her and she's had to come to terms with it and that we'll have to do the same" she explained, not everything, but enough. Luke sighed.
"Uh, okay I'm on my way" he hesitated, clearly not ready to face another round of shouting and tears.
