Chapter 2 - Saying Goodbye

Me, Luke, Cat, Joey, Ingrid, Jimmy, Jenn, and 17 other YouTubers were all picked at the reaping. We are all going to the YouTube hunger games. So basically Im going against my friends, boyfriend, and a bunch of other strong YouTubers. I was completely outmatched and the games were in two days. We get very little prep time for the games. I sat In the room waiting. Waiting for my friends and family to say goodbye. This would probably be the last time I see them. The door creaks open and David walks in. He runs to me and hugs me. "You can do this. You can win, Meghan" he says in my ear. I give him a look. "David. Please. I am completely outmatched." I say rolling my eyes. David gives me a look also and then my parents and the rest of my family come in to say goodbye. They give us five minutes to say goodbye which is clearly not enough time. Another tear rolls down my face as my family Is ripped out of the rooms by the creators. I sit back down and wait for them to come get me.
