Chapter 11 - Why Not Both?

"Where to next?" I ask with a fake joyfulness in my voice.
"Do you think I know?" jimmy says to me.
A tear rolls down my cheek.
Why is he treating me this way? I'm as stressed out about this as he is.
Jenn limps over.
I quickly wipe the tear off my cheek.
"Meghan were you...?" jenn questions me.
"I'm fine!" I say quickly, "Really!"
I wasn't fine.
It felt like my heart had just been ripped up.
All because of these "YouTube Hungers Games"
Just thinking about it made me sick.
The only thing that could cheer me up was joey.
"Let's find joey!" I suggest, "I bet he's got allot of great gear!"
Jenn agrees, and jimmy rejects the idea at first but jenn and I talk him in to it.
I think Jimmy's a little jealous about the close friendship joey and I have.
Actually, I KNOW he is.
I always knew one day I would have to choose between joey and jimmy.
Is today the day?
