just because
I wish you had given me warning
That you were no longer happy with me
Just the slightest indication
Would have been nice to see
You just let me build all these scenarios
Inside of my wandering head
Then smiled and said, "No Darling,
Your worries are misled"
And yet, all this while
There was someone else in your heart
Who took up all your time
Whenever we were apart
And then, right out of the blue
When I questioned you as to why it was
You laughed, said, "He is the one
I want. It is simply just because"
