Rubys pov: I knew something was going on with the sun.It seemed closer, very close to the earth it frightened me.I sat up on my bed and saw my mom in my room packing up all my belongings. "Ammm mom do you know whats going on with the sun and why are you packing up all our things?" "Something bad is happening,....we we ...saw it on the news we didn't think it would reach us" "What are you talking about?" "We didn't want to tell you and Newt in case it scared ye...but it's real those those things ...those scabby zombie things are real!" "Zombies aren't real mum" "Well these zombies are not like the ones in videogames or movies!They didn't pop up from the ground!THE SUN!!The sun is doing this to them!! "Umm mum I don't think I register what your saying...are you okay mum?" "Come with me!!" I followed mum,as I did I saw dad puting our dog,butterbeans,in the trunk of our car.What is going on?Whatever it is I'm glad we're bringing butterbeans,me and Newt couldn't live without him.Mum turned on our telly,what I saw I couldn't trust my eyes.Thousands of people running away from,what mum described 'scaby creatures' and more burning alive.I was traumatized.I looked over across the room to see Newt looking at the telly in awe.We didn't speak at all,we just packed,packed and packed everthing!!
