Pete's Pov
All day Patrick has been avoiding me. We haven't even said one word to each other, and to make things even worse he moved to the Twenty One Pilot's bus saying he wanted to hangout with them for a while.
Andy and Joe didn't say anything, so neither was I. I knew he was upset or even angry at what happened last night. Fuck, I knew Patrick was drunk and I couldn't have stopped everything, but I didn't and now I think I lost my best friend. Not only that, but Meagan... She doesn't deserve any of this. She has always been there for me.
"Pete, we start sound check in about five minutes" Joe says.
I sigh, "Do I have to go?"
"Pete what's going on man?"
"I don't know..."
"You and Patrick have been acting weird today and then out of no where he decides to move with Tyler and Josh. So tell me what's up?"
I shook my head, "I don't know how? Joe I screw everything up, and thanks to me Fall Out Boy might go back on hiatus... Or even break up."
"Whao, okay tell me everything right now?!"
"I... Well... We..." Shit, this was harder then I thought. "Patrick and I... had sex."
"WHAT!?"
"Shhh, God do you want everyone to hear you."
"Sorry... How did it happen?"
"Last night when we were all drinking... I don't know Patrick and I started kissing and then it all just happened."
"Oh, so drunk sex."
"Oh? That's all you have to say!?"
"Pete it was drunk sex, it was meaning less. You and Patrick don't remember anything. I'm not saying what you guys did was right. But you guys are best friends and this should not effect your friendship."
I shook my head again. "Joe, I knew exactly what I was doing last night and I didn't stop it... and I'm scared if I tell Patrick that then I'll lose him."
"Pete... What... Why didn't you stop it then?"
"You know how I had a thing for Patrick?"
"Yeah, you told me later on that it went away through, once you met Meagan."
I nodded, "It did or at least I throught it did, but once Patrick told me he was getting married. I don't know something was off I guess you could say I was a little... Jealous."
"You have to tell Patrick and Meagan and Patrick needs to tell Elisa."
"I can't do that... I don't want to do that."
"Pete if you don't then, you'll only be lying to yourself, especially Patrick."
"I can't tell him."
He sighed in frustration, "Let's just go to sound check, knowing you I know you will do the right thing."
"Okay, but please do not tell anyone about this not even Andy."
"What? But what if he asks... You know I can't lie to my Andybear."
"Well then, knowing you I know you will think of something convincing."
We headed off to sound check, I wanted to see Patrick, but at the same time I wanted the ground to eat me alive. I really don't know what to do.
