In Her Eyes

Word is.....Sea

I'll be doing a long one for this, since we're up to 10 stories on this one shot book!! Yay!!

Rainbow drove down the road in her light red  convertible, the music up all the way and the car bounced. She smirked, her sundress covering her bathing suit and her shades covering her magenta eyes. The wind caused her hair to blow in the wind, it whipping against her skin. Today, she was meeting up with Applejack at the beach. They always met up during the last week of summer, the water was a bit cooler then and was refreshing. As the light red vehicle pulled into a parking spot, Dash noticed Applejack's dark red pick up truck. She opened her door and closed it after getting out, grabbing her towel. She sprinted towards the sand and water, hoping to find AJ.

Applejack waved to the other teen, sitting on a towel with her orange bathing suit on. It sported her families crest, three apples.

Rainbow smirked, slowing her pace down and laying her towel down next to her girlfriend's. "Hey, AJ. You beat me here..."

Applejack chuckled. "Yeah, ah guess ah did." She reached up and pecked Dash's cheek, then grabbing her sunscreen from her bag.

Rainbow sat down on her towel and looked out to the sea. The water was sparkling. The air smelled of salt. And the sand was as soft as silk. This is why this time of year and place where they were was the best.

Applejack looked over at Dash, who quirked an eyebrow. "Uhm, Rainbow? Ah forgot to put mah sunscreen on...Can ya help me sugar?"

Rainbow's face practically blew up with redness from the blonde's statement. She nodded rapidly, grabbing the bottle and opening the top. She squirted some of the liquidity lotion on her palm, placing her hand on Applejack's back. She rubbed the cream colored liquid, the sunscreen soon dissolving into the warm skin of Rainbow's girlfriend. She soon finished, a deep deep blush across her cheeks.

Applejack smirked, turning around and taking the bottle from the frozen stiff girl. "Thank ya kindly, babe." She smiled and kissed Rainbows cheek, causing her to fall over into the sand. "Hehe~ Well, now ah know to never forget mah sunscreen."

After a few, Dash came back up and took off her sundress to go swimming. Applejack marveled at Rainbow's six pack, wanting to touch it.

Dash just smirked, loving the attention. "Okay okay, you may touch my awesomeness." She puffed out her chest as she braced herself.

Applejack ran her fingers across Dash's abs, feeling the small bumps. "Wow...Why haven't ah noticed this before?"

"I dunno. Maybe because I'm awesome at hiding stuff from ya." Rainbow smirked wildly.

Applejack stood up and slapped Rainbow on the cheek gently. She giggled and ran off towards the water, Rainbow running close behind.
"Wait,AJ!!" Dash ran as fast as her legs could carry her, not being able to even touch her as she jumped into the water.

Applejack swam out into the deeper end, waving for Dash. "Rainbow! C'mon darlin'!"

Rainbow jumped into the water, starting to swim forwards to AJ. She submerged herself under the water completely, getting up to AJ.

Applejack didn't notice Rainbow, looking around for her. Suddenly, a spectrum haired teen jumped out of the water and at Applejack. AJ squealed as Dash landed on her, submerging both of them.

The two giggled, this was going to a great Summer ending.
