I slept peacefully even though we were stranded on a very uncomfortable Ferris Wheel. I mean, I guess it could have been worse. I could have slept under the Ferris Wheel. And I don't think that I would end up living to tell the tale.

I didn't dream so much that night; I was just out. There was no way for me to tell you what I dreamt about, or even try to remember what I was thinking about right before I fell asleep. All I can remember is a dark bliss.

 ***

My eyes fluttered open a bit and for a second, I was totally ok with having Craddoc and Draesen inches from my face. I closed my eyes again.

That moment past.

My eyes flashed open and I gave a startled cry, "Ohmygodpleasedon'trapeme!" I clutched the blankets around me tightly, before calming down and realizing where I was. I sighed, "I didn't recognise you guys at first," I paused waiting for them to say something, "Guys? Are you ok?"

Draesen glanced over her shoulder and then turned to Craddoc and nodded. Craddoc backed away from the bed, and Tyson stepped up holding a gun. Tyson's father also came up to the other side of the bed, to my left.

"Nothing personal, Allie," David chuckled, "Who am I kidding? It's incredibly personal. And since your father didn't pay the money, you have to pay for it. Get rid of her , Tyson."

My eyes immediately flickered back to Tyson, who had a completely blank look on his face. It resembled something close to a zombie. Normally there was at least a somewhat arrogant look on his face, but now there was nothing. That scared me more than a angry or threatening face.

Tyson raised the gun and pointed it at my face. His eyes didn't even have the flicker of hesitation as he pulled the trigger.

I sat up bolt right, screaming, and once again hit my head on the top of the bed. As I laid back down, holding my hand to my forehead, I realized that I was drenched in cold sweat. I was trembling too. My hands went to my mouth, and I sighed.

'It was just an awful dream.'

"Alli, are you alright?" Tyson appeared in the doorway with a glass of water.

After my dream, it really wasn't much of a surprise to me when I accidentally let out a squeak of fear. I mean, I did just have a nightmare about this guy shooting me in the face. What did surprise me though, was how tears started leaking out of my eyes.

Suddenly, Tyson  was sitting on the edge of the bed, holding my face, "Alli, what's wrong? Why are you so upset?" His eyes looked at my own with such deep concern that under any other  situation would have made my heart swell.

But when I tried to tell him what happened, all that came out was a choked sob and more tears. I'm not sure why that dream bothered me so much. Maybe it was because I trusted all of them so much, and I knew what the possible outcome of that might be.

Tyson just pulled me into a hug, because that was pretty much all he could do at a time like this. I mean, I don't know very many normal male teenagers that just sit there awkwardly while someone is bawling just an arm distance away from them.
