"Minho is back!" Someone shouted. I stood up, looking towards the West Doors. Sure enough, two figures were jogging back into the Glade. Smiling, I handed Donny my hammer and went out to meet them. Newt jogged over to me and together we walked towards our friends.

"What's up with you?" I questioned. Minho was scowling up a storm and angrily taking off his gloves.

"Nothing good apparently." Newt said with a sigh, rubbing his forehead.

"That Maze is a shucking joke!" Minho declared.

"So you're gonna throw a temper tantrum about it?" I asked. Minho glared at me and looked ready to say several choice words to me but Thomas put his hand on his chest.

"Don't worry about him, he's just discouraged. We didn't find anything different." Thomas paused. "Was someone taken? Did the Grievers come?"

"Adam." Newt muttered. "They took Adam." I nodded slowly. Thomas seemed confused. I don't even think he knew who Adam was. Minho licked his lips, glaring at the ground. Then without another word, he left.

"Where are you going?" I asked. Minho didn't reply and he didn't look back. The three of us sighed. Thomas perked up, like he just heard something.

"Where's Theresa?" Newt grinned and clipped his shoulder.

"Come on Tommy, your girlfriend has something to show you."

--

"Float, Catch, Bleed, Death, Stiff, Push." Teresa said pointing at all of the words in turn. Thomas nodded his head slowly.

"Okay so what does it mean?"

"Well uh.. We don't really know." I said slowly. "Teresa has a bit of an idea." I said gesturing to her.

"It was your idea first." Teresa reminded me. I shrugged. Teresa quickly explained to Thomas what she thought about the words in relation to the Griever Hole. Thomas just stood there taking it all in. When she finished, he sighed.

"We're not even really sure about the Griever Hole you know? It might just be where the Grievers go. It might not even lead to anything." No. No. No. It was important. It was the exit. That was the exit. But I couldn't say that without arousing suspicion. "That's why Minho is so mad. The maze didn't change. The walls stopped moving but nothing opened up like I keep saying will."

"So he went postal?" Thomas shrugged and this look crossed his face.

"He's loosing hope." Nobody said anything.

"I'll go talk to him." I said standing up from the chair I had been sitting in. Thomas pursed his lips.

"Your death wish." I laughed, moving towards the door. "How do I know where he'll be?" Thomas asked as I put my hand on the door.

"We're trapped in a Glade surrounded by a large Maze, there's only so many places he could hide." Teresa nodded.

"Alright go butter him up." Newt said waving me away. I snorted.

"Please, I'll probably just aggravate him."

--

"Go away Malls."

"Aw but I just got here." I replied. I had just found Minho in the middle of the small forested area leaning against a tree. He was pulling leaves apart. "How did you even know it was me?"

"Newt wouldn't come looking for me, he'd want me to cool off." Minho began, counting off his fingers. "Alby is out cold and wouldn't give a damn. He'd want me to be left alone. Thomas, that shank hasn't been here long enough to know anything about me."
