"Whats so funny?"

"Okay wait.. Are you sure?" Luke repeated leaning back

"Are YOU sure? Because I'm pretty sure" Calum smiled raising his eyebrow

He leaned back in for the kiss and closed his eyes.. Their lips were just about to touch until they were startled by Michael's front door slamming open

"Babe wait!" Michael yelled

A girl with black hair turned around angrily "NO MICHAEL! Who the hell is Luke and why would you say a dudes name while we're having sex?!" 

Michael grabbed her shoulders "I didn't say that, you misheard me. Please just believe me."

Luke got out of the car and slammed the door, making the both of them look over

"Is this your girlfriend?" Luke said loudly with a angry tone

She looked at him confused "Who are you?"

Luke had a cocky grin  "I'm Luke, now if you don't mind, me and your boyfriend need to have a chat"

Michael frowned "What are you doing here?"

Luke looked at the girl then back to Mike "I think we should talk privately"

The girl went towards Luke "No, I'm not going anywhere"

Luke glared at her "Listen bitch, you need to fuck off right now, because last night your boyfriends lips were all over mine and I'm PRETTY sure you don't want me to explain anything else, so why don't you just walk away and save yourself the hurt, yeah?"

She stared blankly at him then looked at Michael "You're disgusting" and started walking away.

Michael didn't say anything he just put his head down.

"Dumped her hey?" Luke scoffed

Michael went to open his mouth and Luke interrupted him

"No- I don't want to hear your bullshit excuse, I just don't get why you'd even lie to me about it or why you would kiss me last night then leave and come fuck her. Why-what-I-" He stuttered because he started to tear up

"Luke please don't cry.. You don't deserve this okay? I don't deserve you. You're a good guy, with a big heart. I'm the total opposite, but I know what I did was wrong and I'm so-"

"DONT! Don't fucking say you're sorry, because you're not! You knew I was broken and vulnerable. You knew what you were doing, you're right, you're the total opposite than me but I LIKED YOU, I BELIEVED YOU COULD CHANGE"

Michael had tears in his eyes "..I don't know what to say.."

"You don't have to say anything. I'm fucking done" Luke spat before walking back to Calum who was waiting in the car.

On the drive back to Calum's it was an awkward silence.. Luke couldn't get out the image of Michael and that girl in bed together out of his head, which led to him thinking about how he walked in on Ashley cheating on him too. He started to cry silently and Calum spoke softly

"I know nothing I say will make you feel better.. But, it's gonna be okay. It won't hurt like this forever."

Luke had a deep crackly voice "What do you know? You've never even been in love"

Calum kept his eyes on the road "You're right.. But I've liked someone and watched them get hurt by someone else and couldn't do anything about it.. And that hurts. But I tell myself one day I'll get over it, because pain never lasts."
