Um, whats happening ?

As the boys closed the door behind us I bit the inside of my cheek out of randomness.

"So... Why did you want to talk to me ?" I asked Luke who stood in front of me.

"I..uh... Don't get offended but.... Who do you like ? Because I thought you liked me, but then you liked Michael but then you were  staring at Calum, and then you talked to ashton...." Luke kept rambling on.

"Oh, well um" my cheeks flushed bright pink

"The thing is... Don't go and tell all of the boys I said this but you all seem pretty hot and its a little hard not to be attracted to all of you at the same time" i said.

"Oh, well, I- I just wanted to um, say that, uh, I think your really pretty and I wanted to get to know you better" he said shyly. He looked down at the carpet but picked up his head so his eyes could meet mine. Hot damn.

"Well, sure ! Um.. I mean, I- I would enjoy that." I said smiling.

"Well then I guess I'm going to go catch up with Elle, I'll see you, tonight at....7 ?"

"Sounds good with me" he said smiling brightly. I chuckled.

"Okay Lucas, see you tonight" I waved at him while chucking softly and exited the room.

"So, how did things go" ashton said winking at me.

"Oh Ya know, he usual, sex and kissing and stuff" I shrugged my shoulders nonchalantly then brushed out in laughter at all the of the boys widened eyes.

"Oh my gosh ! Just kidding. We talked about details for the gig!! Calm down" I chuckled at how easily they believed me. I saw Elle's smirk, she probably knew I was lying, I don't know how, but she knew. Probably.

"Well, me and Elle are gonna go now..." I said walking so I could stand next to her.

"Bye guys !" Elle said

"Bye you two !" Calum said. We started waking for the exit and soon reached the car.

"Okay!!! I can't even wait until we get in the car to ask this. What was that meeting with Luke really about" she squealed.

"Nothing ! Honest. We only talked about the gig" I tried to say with a strait face. Believe it or not, I was a good liar.

" I don't believe you, but if you really want to go along with the lie... Whatever" she said shrugging and getting into the passenger seat. I guess I'm driving then.

When we got to our shared apartment I plopped on the couch and sighed. How was I going to get away from Elle without telling her where I was going? I checked the time, it was 4:00, okay, I still have time to get ready for Luke and i's date.

As Elle and I did aimless things around he house we ended up wasting 2 hours Talking, watching tv together and listening to 5 seconds of summers music. They were actually really good. I found myself completely jamming out to this one song that I think was called Heartache On the big screen?? I didn't want to be late for the date so I jumped in the shower.

"Uh Jay ? What are you showering so early for ?" Elle asked.

"Um, I have to go out and do something" I replied as non-awkward as possible. I probably failed.

"Huh, okay, I guess I'll be ordering pizza since you usually cook" she said Into the door

"Okay. I'll probably be back by like 9:30" I said loudly so she could hear me over the sound of the water.

"You aren't going out with Luke are you ?" She said suspiciously

"No, I just need to do something" I said.

"Okay then ? I'll be in my room if you need me" she shouted. I heard her footsteps get softer as I stepped out and wrapped a towel around myself. When I got into my room I sent Luke a quick text asking where we should meet up.

To Luke: hey ! Where should we meet up ?

From Luke: hm... I guess I can pick you up, where is your address ?

To Luke: 512 Elm street, building 17

From Luke : okay ! See you soon.

I put my phone to charge as I looked through my wardrobe, should I wear a casual dress or shirt and pants ? I decided to go comfortable and wear a Rolling Stones shirt with some nice denim jeans. I put some eye shadow mascara and lipstick and slipped on some bracelets and checked the time. 6:55 not bad timing.
( A/n : I know the time isn't accurate but whatever 😂)

I put my phone in a tiny purse and took the elevator downstairs to wait for Luke. I saw a black car pull up in front of the building right as I closed the door behind me. I liked inside the window and saw Luke's face looking out as well. I smiled and waved before walking over to the car. Luke got out before I did though and opened the door for me.

"You Didn't have to get the door..."I mumbled
"It's okay, I like being a gentleman" he said. I laughed as u sat in the seat and he closed the door before jogging to his door. He opened it and sat in the car and sighed.

"Where are we going?" I asked

"I know this cool dinner place called 'lights'. It's downtown, ant to go there ?" He asked shyly

"Sure !" I said probably sounding over excited.

"By the way, you look beautiful" he said blushing a little.

"Aw, thanks, you look handsome as well" I said smiling looking at his blacked ripped jeans and his nirvana shirt.

When we pulled up by the restaurant, I looked at the decorations all over the outside and the little seating area. As we entered i nudged Luke's side making him almost fall. I laughed loudly and soon covered my mouth while everyone stared at me. He laughed at the amount of people staring at me and I laughed at his adorable laugh so we were both just laughing walking into the restaurant like idiots.  I could tell that it was going to be a great date already.
