Leah’s POV
I walked into school, pulling my jacket tighter around me as I walked down the hallway to my locker, once there I undid my lock and pushed open the door as I looked at my timetable to see which books I would need today, I took them out and shut my locker, jumping as I saw a guy standing there. "Um, hey"
"Hey, do you want to go out with me?"
I grew nervous as I stared at the dude in front of me, there was one guy I love and always will, my best friend; Aaron Jackson. I suddenly heard a voice from the other side of me and sighed in relief, Aaron, my superman.
"Hey dude, why don't you push off before I make you?"
I edged closer to Aaron as the guy took off down the hallway, I looked up at him.
"Thanks for that"
"It’s fine, I could see he was making you uncomfortable"
I smiled as we began walking to class.
"Gimme your books Leah, I'll hold them for you"
"My superman"
I giggled as he took my books of me, every morning, he would carry my books for me, he grinned at me as we walked into class and sat down at our seats as the teacher walked in.

Tears lined my eyes as I looked at my best friend.
"I can't believe you're leaving Aaron"
"I know, I'm sorry Lee"
"I'll miss you superman"
I threw my arms around him, hugging him tight as he hugged me back just as tight, tears falling down my cheeks. "Don't forget me, okay?" I leaned back to look at him as he wiped my tears away.
"No more tears..."
I smiled as best as I could as I watched Aaron get in the backseat of the car, waving as the car drove off. "I love you, always have, always will..."
