It's An Unexpected Love

"Marriage?" A big "NO"

*Last night in Boracay* The members decided to have a drink to make more fun memories before they go back to Korea and face the reality. "Cheers!" Everyone tossed their bottle of beers; "Why don't we play a game?" Wooyoung suggested, "I think truth or dare will be a perfect game tonight!" Taecyeon said, bringing an empty beer bottle to place at the table. Chansung started to spin it and ended up pointing Junho; "Yah yah yah I'll ask him." Jun.K raising his bottle, "How do you feel after winning so much award for your 2nd solo album Junho-ah?" "It makes me feel pressured? Of course I'm grateful having a great response from the fans and surely they'll expect much better for the next album that's why it's quite pressuring me." Junho answered and took a sip on his bottle. "Aigoo hyung your question is way too lame." Wooyoung meddled as he spinned the bottle for the second time pointing Nichkhun; "Uwaahhh! I'll ask khun hyungie!" Chansung who's excited to ask his hyung stood up, "Any plans on getting married soon?" His question made everyone chuckle and tease the couple, "Yah, you guys know I still have no plans on getting married. It's just a big NO for now." What he said made everyone quiet in a snap as everyone stared at him in shock, Junho catching up on Jane's reaction who was just sitting there keeping a cool pace and smiles. Khun who was late on realizing that he made a sudden mistake rushed his eyes to his girl that is sitting beside him, "I'll just.. Go to the bathroom." He uttered and left silently, Giette who's sitting beside her cousin placed her hand on Jane's lap as she follows Khun with her eyes. The members sat awkwardly in front of Jane as her phone rang making her stand up to answer it. Jun.K who stood up as well and head his way to the bathroom, as he reached there, he saw Khun who just finished washing his face; "What were you just thinking earlier there?" Jun.K said, upset. Khun who leaned his back on the sink and keep his head down putting his hand on his nape; "Let's say it really is not your plan, but can't you just tell a little lie in front of her? Do you really have to be so honest about it?" He asked another coming towards the sink to wash his hands, "Hyung you know the reason why." Khun's answer made Jun.K more offended, "Yah rascal, she still affects you, am I right?... ...Don't tell me you still have feelings for Victoria-ssi?" Jun.K, wide-eyed. "It's all in the past now, it was so many years ago. Can't you see Jane who's already in front of you?!" Khun's speechless until he smirked, "Hyung you're being ridiculous." He said preparing to leave the bathroom; "I really hope that I'm just being ridiculous right now Khun-ah." Jun.K ended up the conversation. Both of them came back seeing a normal atmosphere, chatting and drinking, they stopped playing the truth or dare after experiencing an unexpected awkward situation. Junho who kept his eyes on Nichkhun trying to suppress his anger. "Hey, we're going inside now. Giette is quite drunk." Jane stood up trying to help her cousin walk, Khun nodded not trying to utter anything. "Let me help you to your hotel room Jane-ssi." Wooyoung stood up and ran towards the two, "Thanks, Wooyoung-ssi." The three of them head their way to the hotel room. Junho who's been keeping his anger watched the three until they totally left the place; "Hyung don't you think it's still too early to break your promise?" Junho shifted his eyes back on Khun. "It's not like that Junho-ah." "Then what does that supposed to mean?" "I'm sorry okay? I just got carried away, and I guess I'm slowly getting drunk awhile ago." Junho who can't take it anymore, stood up and left the members; "Yah, Junho!" Taecyeon trying to make Junho come back. "Hyung I think you should apologize to Jane noona immediately." Chansung said, standing up to leave as well. Everyone went back to their hotel room leaving Khun alone where they were having fun earlier. He just ruined that fun, he disappointed Junho and the other members most especially, he's disappointed at his self. Giette is probably angry at him too. He's just way too careless about it causing Jane to get hurt. He doesn't understand the reason why he just blurted out an unexplainable answer.

*Khun went to Jane and Giette's hotel room* He stood up there silently thinking some ways on how to apologize to his girlfriend. He slightly knocked on the door but then no one opened it up so he tried to knock a little louder, just a few seconds the door was opened by Jane who just finished her bath; "Oh, you're here. Why?" Jane who's drying up her hair using towel, giving a smile to Nichkhun. He smiled back as he looked down, not saying any word. Jane who was puzzled with the way he acts; "Hey, is there something wrong?" "Yeah." Nichkhun answered, trying to look at his girlfriend who came out from the hotel room so he'll be able to talk clearly, "About earlier, I..." "Oh, that?" Jane stopped him from talking as she smiled, "It's okay, you don't mean it anyway, right?" What an optimistic lady she is, if it was just someone else she wouldn't let it go coolly just like what Jane did. Khun shifted his eyes to her; "I'm really sorry." "Don't let yourself fall asleep feeling that way Khun-ah." Jane held his hands as she slightly gave him a smile, "Why don't you just get mad at me?" "Why would I get mad to you?" Jane chuckled; "I feel worst if you let it slide so easily." "Then do you want me to get mad at you and not be able to fall asleep tonight?" She just kept her smiling face at him. "I don't like it when I already said it was fine but still insist to keep on apologizing for it." She added. Khun who just stood there releasing a big sigh, "Alright." He said, making Jane nod; "Go back to your room now, we'll be leaving early tomorrow." She curled up her lips. "Good night." "Good night." As he uttered his Good Night to her, she slowly closed the door and leaned on it closing her eyes and holding her towel tightly. She sat on the floor ducking her head in her arms. The truth is, what she just heard from Khun while playing truth or dare made her heart suffocated, it's like someone's squeezing it making her not breathe properly. But she's trying to keep a cool pace in front of everyone earlier and with Khun who just left her hotel room. She wanted to cry after he left, but her tears are not flowing. It hurts her so much that she can't even shed a tear. Thinking about what he said, she feels like Khun was not really sure about her and just go with what he's just feeling right now. With what he just said, she understood that this time he's just looking how long and how far will they go with their relationship. He was never sure about her, he never thought of having her for the rest of his life. He's just going with what they have now and not looking forward with what's ahead of them. She doesn't want to get affected because of it but she can't help her feelings, she doesn't want to look like she demands for her future with him because she thinks that it might be too much to ask for Khun. The morning came and everyone's already at the airport, it was exactly four in the morning and everyone feels dizzy because of hang over and exhaustion with the travel. Jane who didn't sleep at all because of what happened last night makes her look more exhausted than them, she's been ignoring her boyfriend without noticing it because she's taking care of her cousin along their way making Khun feel uneasy about it. While they were putting their luggages for check in, Khun went towards Jane to help her with their luggages; "Thank you." Jane smiled at him, "We're okay, right?" Khun who's still worried about their matter. "Of course we are." Jane answered checking up her ticket and her cousin; "Let's present our ticket over there." She uttered staring at her cousin and forgets about the fact that Khun was talking to her. Khun unexpectedly shifted his stare to Giette finding out that she's already looking at him, he then gave her a smile and Giette just ignored it giving her attention to her cousin. "Are you sure you fixed your matter last night?" Taecyeon asked, tapping Khun's shoulder; "I'm sure it was, but the way she acts right now makes me feel bothered." Khun responded. At last they're flying back to Seoul, they all fell asleep inside the plane except Khun who can't stop staring at his girl who's sleeping soundly. She's sitting with Giette at the window seat, while he's sitting at the middle parting from her in the aisle. He was about to touch her hand but suddenly put his hand back on the arm-rest thinking that she might wake her up. He stares at her, thinking that they've been together for almost seven months, and those days with her, she's been an understanding girlfriend and didn't demand anything - she's been supportive about his career and his own life, she gave him enough freedom for his self. Thinking all of these, it made his heart ache realizing that he never gave her enough affection and didn't made her feel special all the time.
