Ex-boyfriend meets New Boyfriend

*Philippines* Chris was reading some articles in Korea, checking the economy there to assure their upcoming branch. While scrolling down on his iPad, he all of a sudden found an article about Nichkhun and Jane - the old article about their relationship. As he was shocked by the news he read, he then searched more articles about them - seeing tons of pictures them going out together are uploaded, he even saw the recent picture of them with Junho and Giette; pictures that was taken when they picked up Giette and Junho in Ilsan, posing funny faces. Chris suddenly remembered what Mark told him before he left to Korea; "I really wish she'll give me another chance, and if she did I swear I won't let her go anymore." He immediately took out his phone from his pocket to call Mark, he called him for a few times but he's not answering. As he tries to call him again, his other hand couldn't stop searching on his iPad about Jane and her new boyfriend. He's worried that something bad might happen, and he's trying to prevent it. *Seoul, Korea* Mark is currently at a business meeting regarding the grand opening of their new branch, afterwards he'll be going to different networks including SBS to make deals for the advertisements. He couldn't wait to see Janielle, not just because she's a big help for him with the fact that she also work in JYP as a photographer. JYP, one of the Big Three talent agency. He couldn't wait to see her again after a very long time, and though he's aware that Jane won't be glad to see him; still, he wants to meet her. Meanwhile, Junho dropped off in SBS to talk about the concepts for the photoshoot of 2PM Photobook. Janielle, still busy inside the monitoring room let out a big sigh after remembering that she has no choice but to meet Mark after she was told by the head director of SBS that he should help him to find an endorser in JYP and also to help him as he holds a big deal of advertisement in SBS. While she's spacing out, a call from Junho snapped her; "Oh Junho-ah?" "I'll be waiting for you near at the Guest Hall at the 2nd floor, the café at ground floor is still crowded." Checking the time at the wall clock, "Yeah, yeah. Anyway I'll have to meet someone at the guest room before we proceed in our topic regarding the concept later." "That's good." "Just sit and wait for me there okay? I'll be done soon." "Arasso." Junho entered the guest room, a place where tons of different couches are placed, perfect ambience for some simple business talks. As he waits for Janielle, he read some of the magazines at the table. After almost 15 minutes of waiting, a group of decent men entered the guest room; he stared at them and shifted his eyes back to the magazine he's holding. A man in a navy blue tuxedo suddenly caught his attention, causing him to stare at him twice; he found them sitting on the other set of couches with round table at their front. The man seems familiar to him but he didn't bother to think where or when he saw him. Junho has no intention to eavesdrop in their conversation, but he was intrigued after hearing Janielle's name and their company JYP. Just then, a lady wearing a v-neck ash gray fitted longsleeves and white skinny jeans entered the guest room as well; it was Janielle, with some staffs following her. "Just inform Raffy that Got7 and 2NE1's performance are also included in the first half of the show. Make sure that their name is included in the line-up." "Yeh sunbae." The three staffs following her, bowed before they left - shifting her eyes at these group of business people after bowing back to her staffs. Unexpectedly she met Mark's eyes, but she was suddenly distracted by Junho who's waiting at the end side of the guest room staring at her; Junho caught her eyes and he smiled waving at her, she smiled back; "Just a minute". She said, in a muted utter. Junho nodded. "Mr. Roque..." Janielle said, making Mark and his employee stand in her greeting; "...what a pleasure to see you in Korea after being a successful businessman." "Mine's the pleasure..." Handing out his hand for a handshake; "...I couldn't face a very high person like you." Jane smirked and offered the couch to them, "Have a seat."

They started their meeting as soon as possible, Janielle couldn't stand the fact that Junho is waiting for her - she's bothered that Junho might get bored as she tries to settle her meeting with Mark as soon as possible. Mark couldn't focus on what they were talking about and all he did was nod in agreement in every word and suggestions that's coming out from Janielle, all he did was stare at her; hoping that they will have a chance to talk just the two of them after their meeting. Unaware, the meeting was done. It was so fast that Mark could not even stand up in his seat thinking what just happened; Janielle standing up and giving shakehands to the employees and to Mark. Junho who is already standing, after he realized that the guy in front of Janielle right now was the guy that Giette told him when they were at the restaurant. "So that rascal was Jane-ah's ex." He told in his mind, smirking. Janielle rushed her way to Junho after Mark and his company left; "Yah, I heard that was your ex-boyfriend?" She almost fell after stopping from her run, "How did you know?" Janielle asked, shocked with what Junho asked her. "Giette and I are out for a lunch when we saw him. Giette told me that it was your ex." "Huh?..." Both of them sitting; "...how come she didn't tell me?" "She didn't?" "Uhuh." "But she was trying to call you few times and you didn't answer." Janielle then remembered those few missed calls from Giette and just nodded admitting that it was actually her fault not answering her calls. On the other hand, Mark who's sitting at his car kept thinking what he saw before they left the guest room in SBS; he was about to ask Janielle to talk just the two of them but she got lost so sudden in his view and found her standing on the other side with Junho. He kept wondering who it was, assuming that it might be her boyfriend. It could be possible in Mark's perspective, with how Junho is; a handsome and a decent looking man could probably be Janielle's love. "Sir, we'll be heading in JYP first to look for some endorser." He was quite startled after hearing his assistant's voice; "Have you checked the talents there beforehand?" "I did, Sir." "Is there someone you could suggest to be our endorser?" "There is, Sir..." He looked at his assistant to listen who is she suggesting to be their endorser; "...Mr. Nichkhun Horvejkul of the idol group 2PM..." Mark nodded; "...would you like to see a picture of him Sir?" The assistant is about to give her iPad to show Nichkhun to him, but then he refused; "No it's okay. We'll be going there anyway." Arriving at JYP building, they entered it quietly as one of the employees assisted them inside; "Who are those?" Jun.K pointed out Mark and his company with his mouth after coming out from the company's canteen; JB, Wooyoung and Jackson stared at the direction he's pointing at - "I don't know, this is my first time seeing those people." JB answered, "Me too." Jackson and Wooyoung added in unison. They ignored them instead, and talked about the lunch they just had - walking their way back to their own practices. "I'm sorry to tell you Sir, but we didn't receive any information that you'll be coming today. Sir Jin Young Park is currently in Osaka, Japan for his concert." Mark who felt embarrassed glared at his employees who kept their head down admitting it was their mistake. "Anyway, we could just go back here next time. And I'll make sure to have an appointment scheduled." "Not a problem, Sir. We'll see you then." The staff gave a bow before leaving. Just then, Nichkhun who's just wearing a jogging pants and sweater came out from the practice room holding his phone on his ear; "Oh? You're already there?" Mark who's about to leave shifted his attention to Nichkhun after hearing his voice; their eyes met as Khun smiled and bowed at them humbly leaving right away - seeming like in a rush. Mark assistant came near to him, "That is Nichkhun, Sir." "I see..." Mark nodded, continuing their walk outside the building. As they reached the lounge section of the JYP Building, he found Janielle standing, Junho behind her and Nichkhun standing in front of her.

"Oh..." Junho saw Mark, making Jane and Khun to stare back and see who is he staring at; Janielle was not even flustered seeing her ex-boyfriend. She doesn't give a damn. She's happy now, and Mark is now only a successful businessman who's in need of her help. Janielle then smiled and came nearer to her boyfriend, "Khun-ah, meet Mr. Mark Roque. He's a successful businessman in Philippines and now he's planning to build a branch here in Korea." "Nice to meet you." Khun uttered, Mark offered his hand confidently feeling the superiority towards Khun - thinking that he's just a mere idol and could never be compared to him. "Pleasure's mine." Mark uttered as he shifted his eyes to Janielle - she then smirked at him; "He's my ex-boyfriend." She added. Mark was flustered, he didn't expect that Janielle would never be ashamed telling other that he is her ex-boyfriend - he's actually thinking whether it's a compliment or insult to him. "Oh really babe?" Khun just chuckled with what Janielle said pulling her closer to him - Junho let out a little chuckle too, sounding sarcastic. Junho then walked towards Mark and came a little closer to his ear and whispered; "Welcome to Jane-ah's world, Mark-ssi..." Mark stared at Junho wide eyed, couldn't believe with what's happening, "...I'm afraid there's no place for you in her world." He added, looking back at the couple trying to tell Mark that Janielle's world is Nichkhun. Mark was so upset that he has nothing left to say, slightly lifting his head to see this 5'9 tall Nichkhun. Janielle buried her face in her boyfriend's arm trying to restrain herself from laughing thinking that Mark is only 5'6. The couple watched Mark and his company leave the place, letting out a loud chortle echoing in the lounge. They gave each other a high five, "I love how you're always confident." Janielle exclaimed staring at Nichkhun while trying to wipe the sweat that he got from their non-stop practice. Junho found his way to the practice room, couldn't stop himself from laughing. His brothers were staring at him thinking how weird is he at that very moment, "Something happened?" Taecyeon asked, laying on the floor as he feels how worn out his body is. "Yaaahhh guys, I really wished you saw the scenario at the lounge earlier. Jane-ah's ex-boyfriend is here." "Ah?!" Chansung stood up in shock. "Goodness, he's just a mere rich businessman." Junho added. After hearing what Junho said, the members didn't mind it at all and just went back to what they were earlier. An insult that Mark would never imagine he'll receive; for them, he's just a mere rich businessman who dares to think that 2PM are mere idols when in fact they all came into a very good family background, a family background that's a lot richer and better than he has. Especially to Khun, how could he just compete to this guy who already owns Janielle's heart? Now that he's just a MERE ex-boyfriend to her, a person who does not exist in her new and happier world.
