Kusanagi Izumo x Reader (II)

You're the only child in your family. You lived happily as a child until oneday, your parents got into a fight for some reason. They kept shouting and throwing things at each other. It's been months and you got depressed. You ran away without knowing your destination.

As you're running through the roads, it began to rain. You tried to find shelter as your clothes already soaked.

You finally found a tree and you sheltered under it. You sat there quietly while thinking about your destination. Just then, a tall figure stood in front of you while handing you an umbrella.

"You seemed to be lost, madamoiselle~"

You looked up by surprise and found a young, handsome brown-haired man standing right in front of your eyes. You stared at him and he chuckled.

"Your clothes are soaked.. You'ld catch a cold. I own a bar nearby. You can go there and warm yourself if you want~"

You smiled and started to follow him.

"Thankyou.."

He smiled, "You're welcome.. I'm Kusanagi Izumo by the way~ what's yours?"

You took a glance at him, "I'm (l/n)(f/n).. Nice to meet you, Kusanagi-san.. and thankyou again..."

He chuckled, "Nice to meet you too, (l/n)-chan~ it's nothing, really.."

Somehow you felt warmth inside because of his kindness..

~time skip~

Both of you finally arrived at a bar named HOMRA's bar. Inside, you saw a group of men and a white-haired girl. Kusanagi introduced all of them. It took no time for you to become good friends with them. Kusanagi also gave some clothes for you to change.

And.... You've introduced to the king of HOMRA, Suoh Mikoto. Once you shook his hand, and suddenly you've become one of them. But you felt a little happy to become a part of this clan.

You started to tell them about your family and they seemed to understand you. They also told you to stay and they promised to protect and take care of you.

"Thankyou!"

You exclaimed as you bowed.

Kusanagi chuckled and patted your head, "You don't have to be so formal here. We're now your friends, you know~"

You grinned and nodded, "Yes~"

~time skip~

Weeks has passed and there's no sign of your parents. You've been much closer to HOMRA and you've thought of them as your own family. And of course. You're the closest to Kusanagi.

You're also felt much happier since you joined HOMRA. You felt like you're accepted for who you are. You just can be yourself when you're with them. And somehow, your sadness slowly faded away...

Your P.O.V.

I woke up as the sun lightened up my room. I went downstairs to found Kusanagi's wiping the table. Just then, I realized that there's only the two of us.

'Well, I've been liking him since the past few weeks.. I felt awkward in situation like this...'

I thought as I took a sit on the couch.

"Umm.. Good morning, Kusanagi"

"Good morning, (l/n)-chan~ Wanna eat something?"

"Y-yes, thankyou.."

He smiled, "What do you want to eat, then?"

"Uh.. (random food) I guess.."

"Alright~"

He started to make (random food) and served it to me. My eyes widened as I took a bite of it.

"It's delicious!"

I took another bite as he smiled, "I'm really glad that you like it, (l/n)-chan~"

I looked at him and saw him smiling which I found it georgeous. My heart beat faster and I blushed a little.

'Damn. Why's he smiling like that..'

I thought as I looked down and continued to eat, avoiding his gaze. He chuckled and walked away while I sighed in relieved.

~time skip~

Normal P.O.V.

It's already evening and the bar has closed. It's earlier than usual though.. Just then, Kusanagi approached you.

He smiled, "(l/n)-chan~ Let's get dinner together"

You smiled widely, "Of course~"

Both of you walked through the city and stopped at a Japanese restaurant.

"Do you like Japanese food?"

You nodded, "Yes.."

He smiled, "Let's eat here, then~"

~time skip~

You've just finished your food and you felt really full. But you like the food so much. So yeah.

Kusanagi chuckled as he spoke, "I see that you like it so much~ but.. I have something to show you."

He took your hand and dragged you to the back of the restaurant.

There's a large rose field full of red roses shining under the moonlight.

"Whoa! It's so beautiful!"

Kusanagi took one of your hands and kissed your fingertips as you blushed madly.

He suddenly pulled out a red rose and handed it to you.

"(f/n), will you be my girlfriend?"

You felt so happy that you eyes were teary with tears of joy. You nodded slightly and hugged him.

"K-Kusanagi.. Y-you've arranged all of this?"

He blushed and nodded.

"B-but how? And.... When.. Whe-"

Before you could finished, he shut you up with pressing his soft lips against yours. You're surprised at first but you kissed him back immediately.

The kiss was sweet and passionate.

He pulled back after both of you ran out of air.

"I've arranged it.. Since the first day I met you. Please, stay by my side. Forever."

He said it with serious expression as he blushed.

He hugged you tightly as if he would never let you go.

You blushed and hugged him back "I'll always here for you.."

You burried your face into his chest as he took some of your hair and kissed it.

He murmured, "I love you, (f/n)"

"I love you..."
