Meet me in the lobby's Starbucks ASAP. Mamrie texts to her two best friends.

She sits at a table in the corner, a black coffee sitting in front of her. She's trying desperately to imagine Hannah and Grace together. It seems absurd to her. Hannah and Grace kissing or going on dates? No. It's insane! Or is it? But what's even more absurd to Mamrie is that they didn't even tell her.

"Hey Mames, what's up?" Hannah asks, sitting down with a green tea in front of her. Grace shortly follows, a caramel latte her choice. Her eyes look red, like she's been crying.

"Grace, you okay?" Mamrie asks, ignoring Hannah's previous question.

"Yeah yeah. I'm fine." Grace replies lowly.

"Is everything okay with you Mamrie?" Hannah poses again.

Mamrie nods. "Guess who stopped by my hotel room this morning." She says quietly.

"Who?" Hannah asks.

"Chester." Grace's head bolts up.

"What?!" She stumbles out.

"Mhm. He was a little more than upset about something that went down with you two this morning..." Mamrie admits.

"He told you." Grace guesses. Mamrie nods. "Fuck."

"Grace," Mamrie pleads. "Why did you guys not tell me in the first place?"

"Mames." Hannah says firmly.

"No Hannah, I want to know!" Mamrie insists.

"I just didn't want it getting out to the viewers and I figured the less people we told the less chance it had of getting out." Grace answers in a clipped tone. She's distant and not totally there.

"But I mean," Mamrie says. "I'm you guys' best friend. I just wish you had trusted me." Mamrie sounds sad and hurt.

"I'm sorry Mames." Grace whispers hoarsely.

"It's okay Grace. Trust me. And I promise I won't tell anyone." Mamrie answers, smiling comfortingly. Grace manages a half smile back. "So now that the serious stuff is out of the way, tell me all the cutesy details." Mamrie says, lightening the mood. Hannah laughs.

"Oh my." Grace says, rolling her eyes but smiling still.

"I'm dead serious I am now trash for you two." Mamrie responds. All three girls laugh and continue talking and sipping their coffee. Things are back to normal.

Grace is sitting on the couch in the hotel room with Hannah half asleep in her lap, one of Troye's new songs Fools playing softly to take away the silence, when she decides she needs to text Chester.

Hey, can I ask you a favor? She composes quickly, sending it. A reply comes seconds later.

Um yeah, I guess.

Would you mind not telling anyone about Hannah and I? We're trying to keep it on the down low.

Oh yeah yeah of course, I figured as much. I only talked to Mames cause I figured she already knew.

Yeah I understand. Thank you for being so nice about this.

It's no problem Grace. Anything for a friend.

Reading the word "friend" stings a little. Despite the fact Grace has no (and has never had) feelings for Chester, she knows he has a little bite behind the word friend. It must be horrible to be rejected like that. Grace could only imagine if Hannah had said no in a similar manner. The mere thought sends a shiver of displeasure up her spine.

"You okay Gracie?" Hannah murmurs in a raspy, not quite awake voice.

"Yeah yeah..." Grace mutters. "Just thinking about some things."

"Want to talk about them?"

"No, they don't matter. I have you and that's all I need." Grace replies with so much conviction it makes Hannah's heart flutter. Grace presses a gentle kiss to Hannah's lips as if to promise her previous statement's truth and Hannah falls into the kiss with ease.

A/N- yes yes I know the chapter is short (it's only like 613 words I'm sorry) but I feel like I need to put a filling chapter to build up to more conflict you know? It's like a good meal, you need filling ingredients to make it good. I guess

Thank you super much for reading xxx
