*Zayn’s P.O.V.*

I woke up this morning with a pounding headache. What a crazy night it was last night. We all drank, danced, and just had fun. Surprisingly Liam had a few drinks. He didn’t drink enough to get drunk. We all left the club around 2 a.m. Liam had to make sure we all got back to the resort safely. I got out of bed and went into the living room where Josh was waiting with breakfast and Tylenol.

“Good morning Z. Did you sleep well?” Josh asked.

“Yeah thanks. I’ve got a killer headache though.” I said rubbing my temples.

“I figured you would. We partied pretty hard last night. Here eat some breakfast then take some Tylenol.” He replied handing me my plate of food and two Tylenol.

“Simon called me while you still sleeping” Josh informed me sitting down opposite of me at the table. I gulped. He could have said anything to Josh.

“What did he say?” I nervously asked him. My hands were now shaking.

“He just wanted to know how we were doing, how well the resort is treating us. I didn’t mention anything about what happened with Louis and Harry, but I told him everything was going fine. He also said he wants Niall to brainstorm for new music so you guys can start recording when we get back.” He said sipping his juice. I looked up at him in relief. That wasn’t so bad I thought to myself. All we have to do is have Niall start on some new music which will give us all some time to bond. We haven’t had much time to hang out together as a band. This will be good for us.

“Oh ok, did he say anything else?” I asked him. He just shook his head no.

“You should hurry and get dressed. I told Niall we would get the other lads and be there by 3:30.” He said to me. I finished my toast and stood up giving Josh a peck on the cheek thanking him for the breakfast. By 3:00 both Josh and I were ready and on our way over to Harry and Louis’ room. We got Harry and Louis and walked next door to Liam and Niall’s room. I have a feeling today is going to be a good day. We always have the best times writing music together.

*Niall’s P.O.V.*

Ah, today is going to be awesome. Simon called Josh and told him we need to work on new music ideas. I have a few good ideas that I’ve been working on since we got here. I can’t wait to share them with the rest of the lads.

“Hey Ni.” Liam said walking into my room.

“Hey Li what’s up?” I asked patting my bed signaling him to sit with me. He sat behind me and pulled me by my waist to his chest.

“Whatch’a doing?” He asked playing with my fingers. I blushed at the gentle gestures coming from him.

“Nothing much, just working on some new music ideas” I said pointing to my music journal.

“Oh. What do you have so far?” He asked

“It’s a love song” I said quietly hoping he didn’t hear me.

“What did you say Ni? I couldn’t hear you.” He said. Damn it, he heard me.

“I said it’s a love song.” I said back.

“Really? Can you play it for me?” He asked

“Not yet. We need the other boys” I replied closing the book and leaning back against his chest. I just sat there thinking of Liam and Danielle. Why did he have to be with her? I could love him so much better than her. Pounding at the door brought me out of my thoughts. I got out of Liam’s embrace and went to the door. When I opened it I saw Louis, Harry, Zayn, and Josh standing there with smiles on their faces. I guess they are just as excited about this as I am.
