I was awoken by a thudding noise coming from door stairs. I rolled over and looked at my clock, noticing it was only 1 in the morning. Being pregnant definitely sucked all the energy from you. I tried to fall back asleep and just ignore it, but it persisted. Whoever it was did not care about knocking on someone's door at 1 in the morning and disturbing their sleep.

I got up and shuffled down the stairs.

"Hold on a minute!" I yelled hastily at the door. Finally they stopped their knocking.

"Thank you!" I yelled angrily. I waddled to the door and unlocked the dead bolt. I pulled the door open to reveal a stumbling Niall. He basically fell on me, me catching him just before he fell to the ground.

"Seriously Niall?!" I yelled. He just laughed at me. Obviously he had been drinking.

I used all my strength to drag him in to the house.

"How much did you drink?" I asked.

"I can't remember!" he slurred together.

"Of course! Heard that many times!" I dragged him to the couch setting him down there. I ran back over to the door and shut it. "Niall, what the hell are you doing here?" I asked. He just shrugged. "What do you mean you don't know?" I asked him.

"I couldn't remember where I was staying," he mumbled.

"You're driving me crazy," I said to myself. He started having a laugh attack right there on my couch. I kicked him lightly. "Where is your phone?"

"In my pocket... I think," he said. I let out a groan as I felt around in all of his pockets. No phone.

"I might have left it in the hotel room," he said, mashing all his words together.

"Of course!" He sat there grinning at me. "What?" I said glaring at him.

"I forgot how beautiful you were." For some reason that came out loud and clear.

"Shut up," I said angrily. He can't break my heart and then compliment me.

"You're welcome," he said, content with himself. I never understand how this boy's brain worked drunk. Scratch that, I never understood how it worked when he wasn't drunk.

"You can stay the night I guess, considering I have no idea where you are staying or who to call. And unfortunately I can't throw you out on the street," I said.

"Thanks babe," he said.

"Don't call me babe," I snapped. He rolled his eyes and pit his hands up in defense. I went in to the closet and grabbed a blanket and a pillow.

I threw them beside him on the couch.

"Can you untie my shoes please?" he whined and pouted. He sounded like a 5 year old. A cute 5 year old with stubble.

I let out a sigh and squatted down, taking off his shoes.

"So this is what I get to look forward to," I said to myself.

"You wear it," he stated. I was confused about what he was talking about. I just assumed it was some drunken rant. "The necklace I bought you."

I quickly looked down and saw the sparkling key charm dangling in front of me. I quickly stuffed it back in my shirt. I stood back up.

"You're mistaken, it just looks like it." I turned around quickly not letting my facial expression show. I lied to him. I never took the necklace off since he gave it to me. It was something I just couldn't get rid of. "Goodnight Niall," I said quietly. I continued to walk back to the stairs away from Niall.
