Friends with Wolves

Melody has never been good at making friend's amongst humans; they'd always push her away for reasons that she never understood. In search for comfort, Melody stumbles upon a group of large wolves on her fifteenth birthday and developed an unlikely bond with them. The bond between wolf  and human grew strong, she entrusted them with her deepest secrets and revealed hidden things about herself to them. But as time goes on, things happen and things begin to change. And a piece of Melody's history is finally revealed. The thing is, can she accept what she truly is?

Facts -

1. A werewolf's first shift is usually around their sixteenth birthday.

2. A werewolf can detect their mate only after both have turned eighteen.

3. Wolves grow no larger then a grizzly bear, most are about the size of a lion, the smallest are about the size of a leopard.

4. Silver is one of the only things that can kill a werewolf. On the skin it causes it to blister and burn, but in the bloodstream it causes seriously pain and agony. One silver reaches the heart, it will kill them.

5. Wolfsbane blocks the wolf from the human, stopping them from shifting or contact others. Wolfsbane can kill a wolf if too much is injected, but it can also be used as medicine. Wolfsbane is a stronger substance then silver and can be used to flush it out of a werewolf's system.
