A few days had passed and it was now Christmas Eve, but this wasn't like any other Christmas Eve. Natsu had a mission and it was to get him and Gray under some mistletoe before Erza's Christmas party was over.

"Wendy help me out here, would wearing a tuxedo be over dressing for the party?" Natsu asked Wendy curiously.

"I don't know, there's no dress code" Wendy answered after reading the scarlet lamenated invitation that Erza had given Natsu before winter break.

"This calls for the job of a fashion ex-" Natsu began but was cut off.

"Did someone say fashion expert?~" Lucy questioned with a smirk as she entered Natsu's room.

"Yes but I was referring to Erza..." Natsu responded and Wendy giggled.

"Too bad you're getting help from me instead" Lucy concluded and Wendy giggled again.

"Okay, thanks... wait why are you here? I didn't call you" Natsu inquired.

"A mother friend's instinct" Lucy smiled a little before she began to dig through Natsu's closet.

"So is there a certain outfit that you have in mind that you want my approval on? Or are you debating between outfits? Or do you just have no idea on what to wear and need me to help you find one?" Lucy questioned.

"The last one" Natsu responded and Lucy's jaw dropped for a moment.

"Natsu 'I'm fucking fabulous' Dragneel doesn't know what to wear? What a surprise~" Lucy teased and Wendy giggled.

"Well I don't want to overdress yet I also don't want to underdress and I have no idea what the dress code is, also I don't want to look weird in front of-" Natsu stopped himself but Lucy and Wendy exchanged a look before both smirking at Natsu.

"You looooove him!~" both the girls teased simultaneously and Natsu's face reddened.

"N-No I don- well I-I do- no- yes- FUCK I DON'T KNOW! IT'S ALL SO CONFUSING!!" Natsu yelled and buried his face in his hands before groaning loudly.

"You're pretty stressed about all of this, huh?... I'll lay off on all the teasing" Lucy reassured Natsu with a small smile and hugged him from behind.

"This all feels like a movie or something... it's weird but also cool..." Natsu pointed out with a small laugh.

"Oh that reminds me, you two will most likely be together by Valentine's Day~ are you gonna force him to watch a thousand romance movies like you do with me every year?" Lucy asked curiously.

"I don't force you it was your idea to even make that our tradition in the first place, and yes I'm going to no matter what~" Natsu responded with a smirk.

"So if you're gonna bring him here does that mean I'll be able to spend the night at Chelia-chan's house this year?~" Wendy asked hopefully.

"Have you two been dating for a year already? Wow, well I'm not the one you should be asking for permission but okay~" Natsu answered with a small smile and Wendy beamed before running out of the room yelling for Grandeeny causing Natsu to laugh a little.
