The Annual Supernatural ball was coming and this time the king has invited, rather ordered, the humans also to be present at the ball. The castle had a ballroom that can accommodate thousands of creatures. The humans were invited so that he can stabilize his rule by bringing peace among the creatures. His guest list covered the council members, the leaders of the nations,business men , the politicians, the Alphas and the lunas of the various packs, the leaders of the witches , faeries, angels etc….
King Rudolfo was sitting and enjoying his red wine , when his cousin Daniella knock at the door. Daniella ia a vampire, she is tall/ silvery long hair, and is 670 years old.

“ummm Rud, we have send the invitation cards to all your guest, but the Duke Marshall of the Southern province said he will sent his assistant, as he has got other priorities” she told him oh he is not going to like this she though to herself
“ send him another invitation, and tell him that the His highness will like to release him from his priorities soon” he snap no one deny me he thought to himself I am going to enjoy punishing him

The Grand Annual University function was coming and probably it will be the last function Carrie and her sister will attend before they graduate from the university.
On hearing about the Grand function everyone in the university were exicted, Carrie use to perform every year and she use to sing at least four songs during the evening concert. When she arrived at the university student were already busy with the preparations. She was greeted by her friends.
“good morning ,Carrie” her friends Jake, Fredric, David, Sophia greeted her
“same to you all” she greeted them back
“So the name that are selected for performance in order are already displayed” Sophia informed her. They all reached for the noticed board

After whole week of practice they were ready for the big day. The university auditorium has been decorated ,all important personalities from the area were invited during the first session,as the second session which would be held during the evening would consist of only the students and their friends. The first session was boring , starting with the chancellor speech, followed by the Duke and some boring songs.
Carrie and Laura were both excited and starts chattering about dresses. Both of them then finally decide that they will wear black as it was their last gathering together.Laura had introduce Aiden to her uncle and aunt , they were both pleased with the guy behaviour. But had insisted Aiden if Laura could stay at least till final year exam, which he agreed.
Laura's dress is strapless, ankle lenght, with a split till her knees making her looked elegant and more mature. While Carrie's dress is knee lenght, with golden patches at the bottom.
When Grace saw two girls she could not stop the tears streaming from her face.they had grown so fast, it was like yesterday she was holding them in her arm and today, both of them had grown into beautiful women. Even though Laura is not her daughter she still remember the day her parents died in the car accident. No one were willing to take her custody. She could not just stand and look at the little blond child of her daughter age to be left in the orphanage.
Now she is proud and happy when she see her growing up to be an elegant and beautiful lady. And when Laura had told Grace and Paul about Aiden, she was really happy that she is mated to a handsome, respectful man who would take care of her. But Grace was also concerned about her daughter Carrie, she wanted her to get a loving mated or married of to a debonair gentleman and settled down. Life would never the same, it was not save for a human girl to wander around. Some of the girls were kidnapped by rogues to use as breedmates .Even though the kings men patrol the area all over the provinces, the rogue continue to harass the humans at night.
Grace love her daughters so much , she wanted her to be protected and thus hope to find a mate just like Laura. She cannot force her into arranged marriage, that will only break her down, and considering the fact she has already plan her future of working in a publication department. Paul always support his daughter endeavor, and why not he is her father and its a father dream to see their children successful. But the world is different now, being rule by supermaturals and with rogue around life becomes more difficult for vulnerable humans.
Grace was so hooked up in her thoughts she did not year her daughter taking to her
"mum to earth now" Carrie snap "what were you thinking"
"nothing dear just how you two have grown up so fast " she said with tears in her eyes
"mum dont make us cry, we are already late, you are ruining our make up" Carrie said
"sorry dear, now you two enjoy okay, and called me if you are late or need anything" just then they heard the door bell
"that must be Aiden" Carrie said ,then she turn to her mum hugged her hard.Grace wishes them good luck
When they reach the university all of them were dressed elegantly, Carrie spotted her friends and turn to Laura and Aiden wishing them a good day and then she left with her friends.
