Newt
"Hey Chuck have you seen Newt?" "Homestead" he replied. I headed in that direction. Newt, my boyfriend is usually so upbeat, but has been so down lately and I don't know what to do. Maybe he doesn't like me anymore. I love him but maybe he doesn't love me back. We haven't said I love you yet. I peer inside and see Newt looking so broken it brakes my heart. "Newt?" I whisper, he looks up "just go away Y/N."That hurts. A lot. "You've been so distant, whats wrong?" I push on. "Nothin-" "its obviously not nothing Newt!!" He sighs. "I don't deserve you, okay?" "What? Newt-" " you y/n, are beautiful and funny and sweet and I'm just- I am just me" I feel my eyes begin to tear up. "Newt I-I" "you don't have to say anything just break up with me now"
He looks down and I see a single tear fall from his eye. "I love you," I whisper looking down too. "What?" He whispers softly. I take a step closer to him so we are a foot apart. I speak louder and more confident. "You are the most attractive, cute, sweet, funny, caring, strong guy in the entire world...and... I.. I love you"
His breath hitches as if he doesn't believe me. I guess he doesn't love me back, i turn around but before I can leave, he spins me around and his lips are on mine. His strong arms wrap around my waste as he pulls me closer to him. His hand moves up to my cheek as he pulls away. "I love you so much" he laughs with tears in his beautiful eyes.
