Noragami: hiyori and yato fanfiction

Chapter one

"May our fates forever intertwine!" Yato says as his flips the 5 yen coin in his hand. He promised then to keep hiyori's wish.

What she said to him keeps replaying in his head, "I want to stay with you forever!" His cheeks turn even pinkier.

He looks at kofuku who peeking behind hiyori, who has a ridiculous smile on her face, holding her hands together. 'It's not what you think... Or is it? Does hiyori feel that way?' I look at the half phatom girl who is looking away from me but, I can tell that she blushing from what she said.

When it comes nighttime, all of us stay up late playing board games together. What happened with Rabo and Nora seemed like a distant past.

"Let's play spin the bottle!" Kofuka yells.

"I don't know about that." Diakoku states.

"Come on! It'll be fun!" She stares at yato and hiyori. She was scheming something. After a pause she says, "how about truth or dare?!"

"I'm fine with it," yato says.

'Not until you know her plan for you,' Diakoku thinks.

Everyone agrees with playing the game.

The goddess of poverty grabs an empty beer bottle and spins it landing on Diakoku. "Awwwwe... I already know everything about you."

"I can do dare, jeez don't have to be so disappointed." They smile at each other.

"Okay, so I dare you to.... To... Um... To kiss me on the cheek!" She blushes slightly as he does so.

It was a weird sight seeing Diakoku blush but, he then spins the bottle and it lands on Yukine.

"Truth or dare?"

"Truth, I guess."

"What do you think about hiyori?" He might as well play kofuku's little game. He looks at her and she smiles at him proudly.

"Well I... Uh.... I'd say she like my best friend. She's always there for me unlike someone I know." He laughs nervously.

Yato glares at him with his mouth wide open, "how dare you! I take great care of you!"

"Because getting food out of the garbages around the city is so healthy for a kid like me." He says sarcastically.

"Hey, I make sure it's halfway nutritional! I eat it without complaint, you should too!" He points at his regalia.

"Whatever..." He glares at the God.

Yukine spins the bottle has it lands on hiyori. He blushes, "truth or dare."

"Truth." She smiles at him kindly.

"Will you ever leave or forget us?"

She looked shocked, "I won't ever do that. We are friends. I'll be here for both of you no matter what." She touches his hand to reassure him.

"Awwwwe!!! So cute!!" Kofuka yells with her hands on her cheeks.

All three of them blush together.

"My turn," the half phatom says as she spins the bottle. It lands on The poverty God. "Truth or dare?"

"Hmmm.... Dare!"

"I dare you to go buy us some alcohol."

"Whaaaatt?!" They all questioned her.

"I just thought... That maybe... It would lighten things up to enjoy the game more." She scratches behind her head nervously.

"Got it! Sounds like so much fun!" Kofuka leaves to get some and comes back out with a big bottle of vodka.

"Ahhh! I didnt mean that strong!"

"It'll be fun!" She pours us all a glass.

It didn't take long for all of them to feel it. They were laughing all together and talking about silly things and memories.

Kofuka spins the bottle and it stops at Yato.

"Oh no..." He says.

"Truth or dare, Yatty?!" She giggles.

"I guess truth..." 'I'm going to regret this,' he thinks to himself.

She gets up from sitting and goes on all fours, a huge grin on her face, "how do you feel about Hiyori?!"

Yato's eyes opened wide. He knew she was going to ask this but, he still wasn't ready. He looks over at hiyori, his heart beating fast. "I.... Um.... She's my friend...."

He gets interrupted by the goddess, "the truth, Yato!"

He frowns at her. He started to feel angry. He didn't like this game anymore, "I mean...." He looks at the young brunette girl next to him.

"How about we do dare!" Kofuka is excited.

"You can't do that! He already chose!" Yuki tells her.

"Dare is fine" 'maybe he'll get out of this situation then.'

"Yay! I dare you to kiss Hiyori!"

"What?! No!" The two both say in unison.

"Come on! I dared you! You have to do it!" Her laugh was evil.

The God and the girl looked at each other. Both their cheeks were pink. Yato scooted closer to her.

"This doesn't actually have to mean anything...." Yato says, "we just got to do it that's all." He swallows loudly.

She nods. She was so nervous. She has thought about kissing Yato before but it was harmless thoughts. She never had feelings for him just wondered what it would be like but, she was going to find out today.

She leans into him. This was her first kiss. 'Has he ever kissed anyone? Probably... He is a god and has lived for along time.'

Their lips finally touch gently. Nervously. The kiss deepens for oh a second and he pulls away. Both looked away from each other, blushing wildly.

They look up at the other three. Their mouths were almost to the floor. Yukine looked upset. Yato has never seen kofuka look so happy where Diakoku was just purely shocked about the outcome.

"I'm done playing this game," Yukine snapped as he stormed off.

Yato gets up, "I am too.... Goodnight."

The game was over and everyone left to their beds while hiyori walked back home thinking about what just happened.
