Noragami: hiyori and yato fanfiction

Chapter Two

Hiyori touched her lips, 'me and Yato kissed... We really kissed and he was my first... A god was my first!' Hiyori's head felt like it was going to explode.

'Why does Kofuka think we like each other that way? Yeesh.... It was getting old. She always tried to do this...'

She rolled on to her side in her bed. 'Maybe Yato told her that he likes me... What do I do then?'

She knew couldn't be with him that way. He was a god. He was immortal. She would age. She could never introduce him to her family or friends. They would forget he ever existed once he left. It just simply wouldn't work out.

She thought about him till she drifted to sleep but even in her dreams she couldn't escape.

'Hiyori.... We kissed... And it felt so nice.' Yato thinks as he touches his lips where hers was just an hour ago. He could still taste her Chapstick. It was strawberry.

Strawberry. Pink. Like her eyes.

Yato couldn't sleep. He couldn't stop thinking about her. 'Why would Kofuka make them kiss? Did Hiyori tell her that she likes him?'

That can't be.... He hoped not anyways. A human shouldn't love a god and vise versa.... If she did, what would he tell her? She would grow old and he'd stay the same. She couldn't have a normal relationship with him. Couldn't introduce him to her parents or even friends. It would be selfish of him to say yes to her.

He lays there on the floor for the rest of the night thinking about the half phantom girl.

Yato yawns loudly as he waits for breakfast. He was so tired.

"Didn't get much sleep much, eh?" Daikuko asked the war God.

"I bet he was thinking all night about Hiyori!" Kofuka yells with hearts in her eyes.

"It's not like that you idiot!" Yato screams at her.

Diakoku then smashes the gods face in the table, "don't talk to my lady like that!"

"Ow.... Sorry...."

Right then Hiyori calls his phone. "Hi! Delivery God Yato at your service!"

"Hey, Yato.... It's Saturday and you know I don't have any school.... Um.... Would you like to hang out today? Maybe go to the mall?" She paused for a while, "just us..." She was nervous, he could tell.

"Um... Yeah, sounds good to me. When would u like to?"

"How about in two hours? I got some homework to finish."

"Alright I'll meet you at your house then!"

They both hung up.

Yato watches at Kofuko is clutching her hands together with a huge ridiculous grin on her face. "Awwwe! You two are so cute!"

Yato looks down and blushes, 'is this like a date?'
