Author's Note: well... It's been a month since I published anything... Uh... Sorry... Just was kinda... Busy.... Uh... To the chapter.... I guess....

We swept past the seas, like pirates searching for gold.

Ok, ok. I was trying to sound all fancy and all, but it just seems weird.

Anyways, Nick, Lulu, Sebastien, Mr. Snooks, Ms. Bee, and I were on this huge ship. Of course, we could have flown using Sebastien and I's powers, but Ms. Bee was the one who said that before we reached the city she needed to teach us all about the mission.

We had to take a crash course on high school.

We had skipped three grades.

This was going to be hard.

Ms. Bee took us down onto the bottom level of the ship were there was a big conference room. "Alright. Let's first start with math! It's my favorite subject," Ms. Bee exclaimed and we all groaned. Of course math was expected first by me, but now I had just lost interest. This was going to some of the longest hours of my life.

Three hours she taught. Three hours we were bored. Three hours we all felt like just going to slept-Well at least two of us.

I use to like school, but I didn't feel like doing anything today. I think Lulu was half asleep, but what surprised me was Sebastien intently listening to Ms. Bee. He was even taking notes on each and every sentence she said.

"Are you enjoying this?" I asked.

"Not at all, but I don't want to see a B on my report card," Sebastien replied. I sighed. I knew how he felt, but I just wasn't in the mood of studies now.

After all of that, the three of us went downstairs in the ship to the dining hall. Turns out Mr. Snooks is an excellent chef. Different good smelling dishes were laid through the large, brown table. I heard Lulu lick her lips after she smelt the food.

Plates of different cuisines sorted by country were there. Each plate had something odd and unseen by my eyes. The only item that looked familiar was this cake like looking food. It looked like it was painted with chocolate and poured over with marshmallows. It didn't look like cake since I didn't see any batter. "That, my dear, is my own recipe- It's a brownie not baked at all but modeled into this shape and then frozen," Mr. Snooks explained.

(A/N: Uh just to say I made that up... Don't like... Try to make that and stuff... I don't know how it would taste but for now it's tasty)

I sat down on the table and saw that Lulu had already eaten half of her plate. She smiled at me with the hunger of eating more and kept eating.

I looked down on my plate and started to eat. Each food on my plate had its own unique quality- Scrumptious, crispy, and most of all, DELICIOUS.

After we ate, Lulu seemed like she had eaten too much. She had her hand over her stomach and let out a sigh.

"I just couldn't resist Claire," She said looking at me. I lightly chucked and went to my room.

As I say down, I pondered about how my whole life had changed. Before anything of this, I was a regular girl in middle school. Then, it all changed.

As I wondered, my mind got tired and drifted off to sleep.

"Why, I've been waiting for you... I wondered how you didn't sense me yet," A raspy voice whispered.

"W-Who are you?" I stammered, searching for the voice in the darkness.

Two red eyes emerged out of the dark. There was no reply, and a black hand was seen. The palm of the hand opened up, and-

I screamed as I jumped upright in my bed. Sweat beaded down my face. Immediately, my door was opened and Lulu rushed in, Sebastien in tow. Lulu came over and sat next to me on my bed.

"Claire, what happened?" She asked, her eyes filled with worry.

"I-I... I don't know," I said, my mind haunted by my nightmare.
