Tia pranced around happily, playing in the fallen leaves and digging in the dry dirt after the Fume had returned to there home in a volcano to sleep and create nests. His home no longer really had any bright colors, more dry colors such as browns and reds, but he still loved how it looked. "Come on pups, we must go to the Fantasy Festival." said Lae, she told herself that she should be happy, but she couldn't be, for once they arrived at the Fantasy Festival, her pups would go to live with the right people and serve the right purpouse. "Say goodbye my pups, for this will be the last time you see this hollow." Said Lae, trying not to look to sorrowful, for she didnt want to bring her pups down. The pups began to cry. "Oh..no sweeties, do not cry, there is a bright future ahead for you, do not be saddened by this moment, I will always be with you." She said, giving each one a light nuzzle. "Now come, we must find you your new love and reason for being." she spoke softly, and their tears lightened up. Tia nudged his mothers side, she looked down upon him while walking down the road towards the old castle where the Fantasy Festival was held. So many magical creatures where held here, and so many where here to buy them. Unicorns grazed in a smell pen, all of different light blues and pinks and greens and yellows, nickering at passer buyers, hoping one would adopt them into a good home. Centaurs stopped at an arrow and tack shop, stalking up for there bows, along with fauns at there sides, looking at options of pan flutes. Tia trotted along side his mother, who simply walked with her pups. Tia looked around, a large smile on his face with his tounge pouring out from the side. He stopped to gaze at the unicorn held on a magical halter and lead rope, while a faun sat upon her. She looked unhappy, she also looked familiar. "Hey mom, Isn't that the same unicorn?" He asked, turning to Lae. "Yes, I believe so." she responded, leading them over to an empty pup pen. She climbed inside and helped each of her pups inside, Tia was the last in. She lay down and waited for someone to come over and adopt her beloved children, and the pups sat and looked as cute as possible. The Faun turned to the centar. "Hey Kravor?" He asked. "Yea Jax?" Responded the horse-man. "Can you buy me that magical unicorn bridle?" He asked, handing Kravor dragons gold. "I will do what you ask without having to be pulled.." replied the unicorn, turning to look at Jax, "I will not run away." "I don't trust you, you have nothing more than the brain of a horse, unlike Kravor who has the brain of a human, you are only for work and healing, I control you." Jax spat out angerly. "But the bit, I dislike i-" Started the unicorn before she was cut off. "Shut up!" Yelled Jax, taking the bit from Kravor. "Thanks Kravor. "Welcome." responded Kravor, unamused and focused on testing some arrows he bought. "Do not move useless donkey." Said Jax as he climbed off the horse, once he was on the ground he appeared much smaller than the unicorn, she could have easily damaged him but she stayed the way she was. He removed her halter and dropped it onto the ground, he then forcefully shoved the bit into her mouth, causing her to gag. "Oh be quiet, your lucky we saved you from that witch, she would of killed you to turn your horn into a wand." The Faun said, remembering how he had to give his best pan flute to the old woman in exchange for the horse, which he wouldnt of done if Kravor hadnt made him. "Kravor why do we even have her?" "Because she can give us good luck and healing powers, its always a good thing to have." replied Kravor. "Why cant we just kill her for the horn?" muttered Jax, holding the reins tighter which pulled the unicorns head down. Kravor didn't answer, he only hit the ground with his front hoof. Jax went quiet and then said. "Well, I'm going to go riding so I'll see you in a bit." Jax said, he pulled the horses head away and started walking over to a magical tack shop. Tia continued watching him, and then Tia turned to Lae and asked. "Mother, may I go and see the unicorns in the unicorn pen?" The Fantasy sales would not be open for another hour or two, so Lae agree, lifting the pup to the other side of the fence. Tia quickly followed them, not telling mother because Lae disliked the Faun, and most likely would keep Tia away. Tia came over next to a shop named extra eyes, and watched them at the tack shop. "Hey, mr. Manticore." said Jax, "Got any saddles that'll control a wild horse, because this one can be insane." He groaned, leaning against the shop. "Yea I got saddles like that." replied the lion-beast. The unicorn looked away nervously, no one except truly terrible horse owners shopped here, because Manticores eat unicorns, and if the manticore made a good enough deal with this Faun she would be dinner. "Hey..Faun want to make a deal?" He asked, eyeing the Faun closely. "What is it." said Jax, looking at saddles. "You sell me that useless donkey and I'll give you 5,000 dragon gold." replied the lion, licking his muzzle. "No way!" said Jax. "My friend would kill me, now sell me that saddle." He said, pointing to a red saddle that looked normal, compared to all the other ones that appeared to have dragons teeth that would dig into her skin to control her better. "You want THAT one?" He asked, pointing to the red one. "That wont effect her at all, its a normal saddle." "Whatever." replied the Faun, handing over 500 dragon gold. The unicorn let out a sigh and her body wasnt tense anymore. The faun led her out of earshot of the manticore. "Just because I didn't sell you to him doesn't mean your any better than before, 5,000 dragon gold isn't bad, your lucky Kravor has slight affection for you." "Thank you.." responded the unicorn, turning her head away and looking down. "Yea.." he said, gently pulling on her reins to walk forward, instead of roughly. Tia ran back to her mother, barking loudly "MOM MOM! I FOUND MY OWNER!" "You did? That's great!" said his mother, nuzzling him. "Who might it be?" "The unicorn and the Faun." replied Tia, forgetting his mother disliked the Faun. "..the Faun?" she said, she seemed afraid. "Yes.. Oh please mother I promise it'll be a good life for me!" begged the pup. "Well.. Okay.." she said, licking her pup. "Hurray!" cried out the pup, dashing off to find the Faun and unicorn. "Wait! Dear." said mother. "Yes mom?" He asked "I love you, enjoy your life, once again I hope we cross paths, and until that day I will remember you." She said, love and sorrow filled her eyes. "I love you too! I hope your life will be as amazing as mine!" He called back, before running off to find his new family, at least he hoped.
