Kravor took Tia and left to go around finding certain things for a dog, such as food and water dishes, toys and so on. So Jax and the unicorn where left alone, he decided to finally ride her. "Do you have a name?" Jax asked, turning to the Unicorn, he felt bad for never asking before. "I have been called many things through out my life, the last thing I was called was useless, as said by the witch." She muttered, groaning. The faun was quiet, he didn't want her name to be useless, she deserved a real name. "But if you would like to know the name I prefer.." She said, semi asking. "Yes." Said Jax, listening to the horned horse. "My foaled name was Jada, I do prefer that because it says who I am. Jada means to have peace, love and compassion, and to work with others." She said proudly, but then said quietly "or for others.." "Okay, than you shall be called Jada." said Jax, touching the unicorns soft velvet nose. Her white tail lashed lightly. Jada turned her head towards the saddle in Jaxes hand, he had completely forgotten about riding her. "Oh, right, I don't need this." He said, dropping the saddle. "Or this." He said, pulling the bit out of her mouth. She chewed at nothing when the bit was removed. Jada looked surprised. "I will still do what you ask." replied Jada. "No, you can go be free now, I'm sorry for keeping you captive." said Jax, turning away. Jada just stood there, looking around, before she began to follow Jax. "I do not want to be free." She said, stepping infront of him. "You don't?" asked Jax, touching her neck. "No." she replied. "Why would you want to stay with us?" said Jax, questioning the horse. "Because.." she had to think,"...Tia likes me, so I can't upset the young pup." Jax rubbed his hand against her head, and she nickered lightly. "Alright.." he said, looking her in the eyes. Jada nudged Jax next to her back and stood there perfectly still. Jax grabbed onto her mane and hoisted himself onto her back. She whinnied and waited for a command. "Uh.." Said Jax, not wanting to force her to walk. Her creamish white colored body stood perfectly still, her tail flowed like a river. Jax gently pressed his legs against her sides, so she walked forward slowly. When she walked her feet sparkled and her fur shined. "I've never ridden an equine, besides sitting on Kravor." said Jax as Jada walked. "Do you want to go to the enchanted forest for a walk?" asked Jada, nodding to what he said. "Sure." replied Jax. Jada turned and walked over to the forest entrance, which lead out of the Fantasy Festival. Jada held her head up high as she stepped into the forest and walked down the moss-made passage. The trees sparkled and the water flowed. She looked into the forest on her right side, and watching a hippogriff feed its young oats and nuts, she smiled. Jax rubbed her neck. The wind rustled under her feet, The silence between her and Jax was enough to tell her he enjoyed the walk.
Jada stopped by a tree, shook her head and neck, tossing her mane while Jax climbed off of her. She stood next to the tree and sniffed the grass. Jax set up against the tree and pulled out his pan flute from a brown bag he carried. He leaned back and looked at his pan flute, then sighed and set it down. "Something wrong?" asked Jada, looking up from the grass. "I forgot to buy a new pan flute, because I sold my best one." He replied. "Why did you do that?" Asked Jada, leaning her head towards him. "For you, remember?" He said. "Oh right." She said, her tail lashing. "I'm sorry.." she began to sniff the ground and picked a daisy, but she didnt eat it, instead she gave it to Jax. "Thank you." He said, taking the daisy and touching the horses soft nose. She nickered lightly. Jax looked over at his pan flute and picked it up and held it infront of the horses nose. "Breath out." He said, she breathed out and the breath from her nose made the pan flute sing. She kicked one of her back hooves, getting excited. Jax smiled and leaned against the tree again, he put the flute up to his mouth and started playing music with it. The music was very calming, the unicorns ears fluttered and she lay next to Jax to listen to it, her tail moved slowly and she continued to nicker at the sound. Jax smiled and rubbed her neck, before setting down the pan flute. Jada's horn began to glow yellow, and the horn started to play low flute music, sounding simular to the pan flute. Jax looked at her, he had never seen another creature who could play music. He grabbed his pan flute and began to play a low, soft song along with her. Her horn grew lighter and then darker between notes, she enjoyed singing with her heard before she was captured by the witch. Singing with a unicorn is a great honor, and Jax knew this. When she stopped playing, Jax stopped. "How do you learn music?" He asked her. "I didn't learn it, I was born like this, My horn is supossed to play music depending on my emotions, but as a young foal you learn to control the music because if you don't you can be hunted, if a manticore hears the sound it will easily track down a unicorn, that is why we rarely play for people." The Faun nodded, touching her nose. Then Unicorns eyes shut, and her head rest upon the Fauns lap, he pet her mane. Jax played his pan flute until the night grew, and he closed his eyes, hugging the unicorns neck.
"Hey..Do you want to hear a story?" asked Jax. "Sure" said Jada, nuzzling the Faun. Jax began telling her a story of how him and Kravor had met.
