Ever just stared at the sky and wondered what it would be like to have magnificent, beautiful gold and white wings stretching 4' past your fingertips? Ever think about what it would feel to just forget the world? To jump over the edge of the earth and know that there is no earth to catch you, and still know with every fiber of your being that no harm will come to you? To watch as miles and miles of golden wheat or icy mountains or silver lined clouds or pink hued waves crest below you, passing and numbing your mind to everything but the wind caressing your cold blushing cheek, whispering in your ear, and running refreshing fingers of ice through your hair. To see the horizon in your line of sight and knowing that soon, you'll see the mountains, and then the plains, and then the arches of Utah, and then the ocean stretching on through eternity.
What would it be like to see the sky, and know that it is no longer the limit? To know that you are now the tool that could break and shatter gravity's chains binding and confining you to earth. To know that no longer will you be trapped by your responsibilities, to the strict, constricting noose of the rules created by your peers and by their experience and their bias opinions.
What would it feel like, what emotion would rise up in your gut and scream and shout it's content? Where would you go? What would you do?
What would it be like to fly?
