Karkat just smiled. It was so cute. It made him look 10x more better than him frowning.

But then you swore, before he left, he blushed. A very light shade of red.

You know you saw it too. It was there while you held his face, while you squished it like a lusus adoring their grub. It was there when he noticed it and frowned. And mostly, it was there when he went away.

No you know why he was secretive about his blood color...

It was, different. Not even on the spectrum.

So? What the heck Karkat! I don't care about your blood color! You're not that high on the hemospectrum anyways.

Well, when he left you didn't chase him because you still imagined him smiling.

Him blushing.

You, back at home now, decide to get on trollian. Terezi is the only one on at the moment. So, naturally you go to talk to her.

AC: :33< hello terezi!

GC: H3LLO N3P3T4.

GC: WH4TS UP?

AC: :33< well, I wanted to know if mew knew karkittys blood color?

GC: H3H3H3, NO.

GC: WHY >:?

AC: :33< no reason! Just wondpurring.

Wow, so not even Terezi knows his blood color. Well, technically you dont... But you're pretty sure it was red.

I mean it makes sense if it's red. UGH! karkat what the heck!

To vent of this 'frustration' you go to your shipping wall and draw on the one of karkat and you, aka, the one karkat almost saw.

You hum to yourself. Maybe, just maybe, if you smile a lot real big and real happy, he will smile more too.

You also add a picture, you draw the image of karkat smiling on the wall near the shipping one.

With that you go to bed and wait for the next day.

You wake up and it's noonish, you assume Karkat is up and head to his place.

You knock on the door and you don't hear anything. You're hoping this doesnt mean he's asleep when the door opens.

"hey karkitty!" You smile at him.

"UH, HI NEPETA." he doesn't smile "WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?"

"Oh I just thought we could hang out."

"SURE WE CAN. COME IN." he lets you in.

You and karkat play the games at his house but soon decide to go outside. So you walk to the park. When we get there you pull him into going and the sliding things. He didnt want to, but you got him to. Heehee!

Eventually though, like every other day, he had to go home.

"HEY NEPETA." he says while you both are swinging.

"yeah?" You smile towards him.

"I THINK I SHOULD HEAD HOME SOON." he gets off the swing, still not smiling.

"oh? alright, I should head back to pounce anyways." You get off the swings as well.

"WELL, BYE." he waves and starts to leave.

"Wait!" You say and jog towards him.

"YEAH?" he turns to you.

You jump up (because you are shorter than him) and hug him, wrapping your arms around his neck.

You feel him stand still in shock but soon he wraps his arms around your middle and places his head on your shoulder.

"Bye." You say, in a slight whisper.

"Bye." He replies, and you feel him smiling next to you.

When you release the hug he turns around automatically, but you made certain to check his face.

He still had an after smile going.

And he had that cute red blush plastered over his face.
