Chris was an ordinary tadpole he was born from a litter of quintuplets and was adopted by older tadpoles since frogs abandon their young after the eggs are laid. Chris lived a happy life as a tadpole but he lived in a unique pond. The pond he and the rest of the tadpole society lived in had the odd property of keeping tadpoles as tadpoles for the rest of their lives!
