"Did you... did you fake your death Tisiphone?" Masky asked.
"Yes, indeed I did. I have seen this happen before it occurred in reality. I should've spoken to you before-"
Before she could finish Masky went up and hugged her. Tisiphone embraced his hug. It felt as if Masky let go he would lose her again. Which they stood there for a minute before Tisiphone slightly pulled her head to look at Masky's face.
"Do you blame them?" Tisiphone asked.
"Blame who?" Masky asked.
"Your family... the ones who committed this sin." Tisiphone said.
"They're not my family anymore." Masky replied.
"Well, the only reason for doing such a wretched act is because they were worried for their safe being. They wanted to protect you." Tisiphone said.
"By murdering you... I don't think people do that in the real world." Masky said.
Tisiphone only stared at Masky. Then they kissed. Having it be so passionate it lasted almost a minute. Once their lips separated Tisiphone looked at her bed. Still covered in the blood she left behind. Masky looked at the same direction but glanced at Tisiphone.
"At least it matches the color." Masky said.
Tisiphone giggled and Masky then brought Tisiphone to sit down with him.
"Should we tell them that I still roam the land." Tisiphone asked.
"No, if they see you again they will probably try to kill you again. I will not let that happen." Masky replied.
"So how will I fix my contention. I am running out of time and the commitments are scarce." Tisiphone said.
Masky was thinking about what she had said. Then he got up and turned to face Tisiphone.
"Tisiphone, I'm going to get Slender. We're going to fix this as soon as possible. Just stay here and don't catch anyone's attention. I will teleport back with Slender." Masky said.
Tisiphone nodded and kissed Masky once more. Then Masky quickly walked out the room. Shutting the door quietly. Tisiphone only thought of how the others feel. She knew that she couldn't blame them but their reputation has deceived their own kin.
The group walked still near the fireplace when they saw Masky speed walking downstairs. Jane tried to say something but chocked on her words. The rest just looked at Masky as she sped by not even giving back a glance. It had sent a vibe to all of them that Masky didn't want to talk to them. Nurse Ann was curious as to where he was headed. So she got up and stalked Masky.
Slender was in his office when he heard a knock on his door.
"Come in!" Slender hollered.
Masky almost bursts into the room shutting the door behind him. Masky walked towards Slender's desk and stood with dignity.
"I need your help." Masky said.
"Why so?" Slender asked.
"I need to get Tisiphone some help. She needs to be cured of this immediately." Masky replied.
"She's alive... interesting. Maybe the visions had to do something with this." Slender muttered to himself.
"Slender! Please I need your assistance. Just give me something I can work with-"
"Calm down... I have been reading over the oath that Tisiphone and Ares had millennials ago. I'm getting close to see what we can do to break this oath. In the mean time stay with her. Don't let out of your sights, understand?" Slender asked.
Masky nodded.
"May you take me back to her room? I don't want the others to know she is alive. They might try to kill her again." Masky asked.
Slender stood and grabbed Masky's hands. Then they both teleported to her room. Tisiphone sitting on her bed with her knees to her chest and facing the wall.
"Thank you." Masky said.
Slender nodded and teleported back. Tisiphone looked over her shoulder and Masky hugged her from behind.
"What did Slender propose?" Tisiphone asked.
"He's gonna try to break the oath with something. He's still working on it. In the mean time I'm worried about you for right now." Masky said.
