"I have to speak of something." Tisiphone said.
     "What is it?" Masky asked.
"I must depart to Olympus at dusk. For I must break the oath made by Ares." Tisiphone said.
"How long will you be gone?" Masky asked.
"It will be some time. But it shouldn't be long. I shall return unscathed or I will return as-"
"You will come back. Better than before. Even if it means I have to travel across the world to get you back, I will." Masky said.
"Ahh, so you pertain the traits of Odysseus. I do admire it so." Tisiphone said.
They both laughed and Masky kissed her on the forehead. They both admired each other for a couple seconds. Then they heard a knock on the door. They both turned in unison. They saw Nurse Ann in the doorway.
"Im sorry am I interrupting a moment?" Nurse Ann asked.
     "Uh-"
"What do you want?" Masky asked.
"Well, the family and I wanted to show you both how much we were sorry for kinda... umm killing... you T-Tisiphone." Nurse Ann replied.
     "That is very generous but-"
"May you give us a second Ann?" Masky asked.
She nodded in reply. Masky got up and shut the door and stared at Tisiphone.
"Tisiphone, we have to think about this. Even though they're apologizing they still committed a heinous act against you." Masky whispered.
"I do understand. But they seem to be truthful to their word. In fact, Jeff himself confronted me earlier about the same issue. He seemed very sincere about it." Tisiphone whispered.
"I... I don't know. Even when Jane talked about this with me it still doesn't feel right. They were lucky that you saw this before hand. Otherwise I would've never even spoke to them ever again." Masky whispered.
Tisiphone got off the bed and confronted Masky. She wrapped her arms around his shoulders.
"How about this... we can accept their apology, but not forgive them just yet. Instead plan something for them. Then neither of us are mad but even." Tisiphone whispered.
     "Sounds wonderful..." Masky said.
They pecked each other. Masky opened the door and confronted Nurse Ann.
"We will go through with this. But make it quick. Tisiphone has somewhere to go soon." Masky said.
"Alrighty then. I'll see you downstairs in a bit." Nurse Ann said.
She then walked down the hallway and Masky shut the door. Masky looked at Tisiphone with a anxious look.
"Well, let's just hope they don't embarrass themselves." Masky said.
"You worry too much. Just go with ease. We're going along as they act. Don't worry we will have our opportunity." Tisiphone said.
"I guess your right. Let's go then. Let's not keep them waiting." Masky said.
Masky held out his elbow and Tisiphone connected hers. They opened the door and walked down the hallway with regality. She rested her head on his shoulder as they paced. Then as they tread down the stairs no one was in sight. They were confused and looked around. All of a sudden the group jumped out from behind the couches and hollered. Jeff made his entrance especially noticed by jumping off the staircase nearly breaking his legs hitting the ground. It made Masky and Tisiphone laugh a bit. Then the group threw paper confetti around the two and blew party whistles. Masky was expressionless and Tisiphone was looking around with a wide smile.
"Surprise! Umm, going away party!" Nurse Ann yelled.
"Yea, it's just for the both of you." Jeff moaned.
"This is endearing I must admit. Thank you all for doing this." Tisiphone said.
"Laughing Jack made you something that might like Masky!" Jane said.
"Oh really? Let me see." Masky said.
Jane escorted them to one of the couches and they sat down. Laughing Jack then pulled over a table with a plate of cheesecake. It had the words "Werr Sowwy" pasted with strawberry icing on top. Masky couldn't resist but smile at the cake and giggle slightly. Everyone else noticed and smiled.
