Condolences are a virtue

"Well, do you think it'd be safe to say sorry?" Jane asked.
"I don't think so. See, there's a huge factor we're leaving out." Nurse Ann said.
"Which is?" Jane asked.
"We just killed Tisiphone. Or attempted to for most part. Now what do you think she's gonna do when she finds us? What about Masky? They could both be planning something for us." Nurse Ann replied.
"Come on we didnt... really... oh shit. Ok, yeah we kinda f'ed up on that part." Kate said.
"Yea... yeah. Shit." Nurse Ann said.
"Look, we don't know that for sure. We didn't do it because we hated her or anything. We did it because we were worried about each other. Plus we did it for Masky's sake. He just doesn't know that yet." Jane said.
"So what? You wanna lay a fruit basket to their front door and have a sign saying sorry?" Kate asked.
"No, listen to me. We just have to explain ourselves. Then if all goes well they'll understand." Jane said.
"I don't know... I mean we fucking murdered her ass. I'm starting to go for that fruit basket idea a little more." Nurse Ann said.
"Ugh, damn it. Fine you don't have to do it. I'll go in by myself. It would only make me feel better anyway." Jane said.
"I'll go with you. I would feel even worse if you died alone." Kate said.
"I guess that's sweet of you. But we'll do this at dawn. Enough shit has happened tonight." Jane said.
The girls nodded and walked off. Jane was by herself at the fireplace. She kept thinking of what to say to Tisiphone or even Masky. Or both of them since they're still together. It was making her heart beat a little faster that there is a chance they might retaliate against them. Starting with Jane herself. But she could only hope for the best. She then got up from the couch, put out the fire, and went to her room for some sleep.
The sunrise hit the mansion from the east. Almost the whole mansion lit from the suns bright essence. In Tisiphone's room the room had shined. Masky stirred in Tisiphone's arms. He then opened his eyes to find a resting face near his. He smiled at the sight and cautiously wiggled out of Tisiphone's grasp. Without waking her up Masky got off of the bed and picked up the red sheets.
"I'll be back in a little bit, your majesty." Masky whispered.
He pecked the top of Tisiphone's head and put on his clothes. He then walked out of the door shutting it quietly behind him. Masky walked down the hall and looked at all the doors he knew that belonged to the family members. But he kept to himself and kept walking until he approached the laundry room.
Tisiphone slowly awoke from her deep slumber. Her eyes opened and looked around for Masky. His scent was still detectable but he was no where in sight. Tisiphone sat up and looked round the room. Still no where to be found. So she stood up and put the wraps around her body and properly wrapped her robe. Once finished she looked into the mirror and stared at herself. Everything seem to be in order. Except she noticed something diffrent. Her ring was not the same hue as before. This time it was glowing in a orange radiancy. She stared at it and was worried what might happen. She walked towards the door about to open it but then remembered what Masky said about the others. She let go of the door knob.
"I wonder if Slender is in his office?" Tisiphone asked herself.
She thought that Masky wouldn't mind if she talked to Slender. So she teleported to his office. Once arriving Slender was no where to be found. So she decided to snoop around the room hoping to find the ancient book he possessed. She looked through the drawers in Slender's Office desk. The one to the bottom right held the ancient book. She quickly grabbed it but noticed something under the book. It was a note and it had big, bold letters writing out "I got it!". Then she looked down and saw what he wrote below.
"In order to break the oath with Ares, Tisiphone herself must travel to Olympus and arrange a ritual to set allegiance with Zeus and disrupt the order with Ares."
