this can't be happening. im only 16. i can't be a father. i don't even know how to take care of a baby. let alone myself.

i couldn't respond to skylar after what she told me. we've been standing at the parking lot for 5 minutes neither of us saying a word. once i processed what she told me i spoke up.

"are you sure it's mine." i said in a low voice. i didn't want to believe it but i needed proof. i wasn't going to just help her out of it wasn't even mine. yeah, sounds kind mean but it's the truth.

"i took five pregnancy test." she responded. "shawn, i know you think im the worst person in the world but o don't know what to do. im scared. if my parents find out im dead. how am i going to hide a baby coming."

skylar starts crying and hugs me. i hesitate at first but hug her back.

"damn girl you look sexy as f.uck!!" bree told me.

after breakfast we came back to get ready for my party. i invited my friends to help me get ready because it's funner that way.

my dress was really nothing special but i really liked it. it was a bay pink color. it had like lace or a little design as the straps but it was really pretty.

"i guess i look nice but you guys look f.ucking gorgeous." i pointed out looking at them. im not lying. i always look like a potato next to them.

"alright well we have to go before because i have to meet up with my date." bree said.

"a date? ooo who is this date?" i asked looking at her. "yeah, i want to know to!!" audrey exclaimed.

"you will find out at the party." she pointed at me. "and you have to drive me to his house let's go!" she said to audrey.

"well that's no fun." i pouted.

"we'll see you there! bye!" they both said their goodbyes and left.

i was alone at my house in my room. everyone was at the party early. it didn't start till 6 and it was barely 5.

i told matt to pick me up at 5:30 and he said yeah. so now i just waited. i was already ready and i was so happy on how i looked. i honestly can say i feel pretty for once. the only thing i needed was my little crown. nothing really special but it made me look prettier and i liked it.

i was about to put it on when the doorbell rang. i looked at the time, 5:04. matt was early.

i made my way downstairs and unlocked the door.

"shawn?"

well that was unexpected.

"hey." he smiled.

"hi, uh, not to sound rude but what are you doing here?" i asked totally confused as to why he was here. yeah we're friends but i thought i was just going to see him at the party.

"oh, um, i just wanted to see you before the party." he said shyly. aww he is so cute.

"oh, uh, um come in. i was just finishing getting ready." i told him even though i was pretty much done.

once we got to my room i noticed he had a box with him.

"what's that?" i pointed to it.

"oh, i got you something." he gave me the box. it was in a pink wrapping paper which was so cute i didn't want to rip it. but sadly i did.

"shawn you didn't have to get me anything," i looked up at him. "you being you is an amazing present." i smiled.

when i finally rip it apart i saw a shoe box.

"shawn..."

when i opened it i saw the pair of heels i wanted at the mall.

"shawn! ohmygod! you didn't have to get this for me! this is way to expensive! i can't accept this!" i move the box towards him.

"no no no i got you this because i wanted to and it's yours! no takebacksis!" he said. i giggled at what he said.

"shawn this is amazing! thank you so so so much!!" i got up from my bed and hugged him and started kissing his face everywhere.

"you're welcome." he said and kissed me in my forehead. "now put them on!!"

i nodded and took off my old pair of heels i had to wear and put on the new pair of heels i have takes to shawn.

the look on her face when she put them on was amazing. she looked so gorgeous as always but i made her have this face which made me so happy.

i looked around her room and saw it was so messy for the first time. one thing caught my eye. a small crown and her desk. i grabbed it and looked at her.

"may i?" i asked her signaling if i can put it on her.

"you may." she giggled.

when i did she looked in her mirror.

"wow i look.." she stopped but i finished for her. "like the most beautiful girl in the world."

she looked up at me and i looked down at her. and in that moment i knew i was completely and utterly in love with this girl.
