I don't usually read a book twice, but for this one I just had to. Not only do you enjoy it the first time, you definitely enjoy it the second time around too.
The title of this chapter says it all. No, this book isn't the slightest bit confusing. It is however filled to the brim with twists that you never, and I mean NEVER see coming!
The book in question is titled "The heartbroken heartbreaker" by SamMadison
I can say without a doubt that a book hadn't made me cry and laugh so much in the space of a few paragraphs in a long time. Her twists and turns kind of makes you go through a roller coaster of emotions.
Even though this book is set in high school it doesn't have any of those queen bee or jock or whatever cliches there seems to be in other high school books (no hate to those, I like myself some mean girls like books!!) . However in this story resides the one and only player named Seth Everette. And who in there right mind doesn't like a player? No one! That's who!
Seth Everette as you may already have guessed, is not solemnly a player! If you guys hadn't realized yet, I don't really care for one dimensional characters. So of course there is much more to Seth Everette than just his player exterior. Same with the the main character Kyla.
This story is about love, loss, friendship and heartbreak. It is however also funny as hell!!! My favorite part is where she sings the nursery rhyme (you guys'll know it when you read it). It's simply full of surprises, both good and bad.
No bad grammar or spelling mistakes, and so so easy and enjoyable to read!
As you may have realize by now I don't have much to say about this book... That's because it should be read and enjoyed, not recounted! It's not a conventional story and very open to interpretation, which is so refreshing! I really don't want to spoil anything from this gem.
