The thought of him bothered me. I couldn't help but notice the similarities between the two. Was it coincidental? That kid couldn't possibly be him. No matter how much I think about it, it still weirds me out. Yet, I'm never so sure of myself anymore.
It was already midnight. The only sound I could hear was from Yooyoung's mouth, and she's in the living room. There was school tomorrow, and I knew so well that I wouldn't even dare wake up the next day.

"Wake up sleepy head." I heard Yooyoung shout in the early morning. The atmosphere began to die down as seconds past. For a moment, I thought she left, but I ended up getting hit by my own pillow. "You're going to be late."
I pouted as I slowly sat up, "can't I just stay home for today?" I kind of regretted sleeping in so late but at the same time, kind of not. "It's a Monday and no one likes Mondays."
Without much notice, I was out of bed, being dragged into the bathroom. I started to whine and complain how hard waking up was. "Why can't you ever shut up?" She asked when I grabbed my toothbrush.
I froze and frown. "I can't help it! You're the one who's always pushing me around." My words began to die down when I realized I was being a brat. Putting the toothbrush into my mouth, she began to leave the bathroom. "H-hey where are you going? Are you mad?" I asked as I my mouth was full of toothpaste. "I was just joking, okay?"
"Just hurry up or else I'm leaving you behind!'" She shouted back, obviously joking. I hope.
As I quickly finished washing up, I entered my room and changed my clothes. Honestly, I didn't give any shit about today. I quickly put whatever on and went to where Yooyoung was. "Do my hair for me today." I asked.
She simply braided my hair as I was trying to get as much sleep as possible in that amount of time. When she was done, she tapped on my shoulders, trying to wake me up. "Okay, I'm done. Let's go."
I stood up and put on my shoes before heading out with Yooyoung. We walked to the bus, which wasn't that far away from where my apartment was. From there on, we would walk the rest of it to school since the bus couldn't do that.
"You know what's funny?" She asked out of the blues. It wasn't rare, honestly. It was her way of starting a conversation.
"What," I replied. "That I woke up this morning?" I started to joke around with her.
She started to laugh, "no, well- kind of but that's not what I'm trying to say." She took a while to say what she wanted to say but the awkward moment really made me feel weirded out. "Eunmi, Ari, Hana, and Mina..." she slowly started.
"Oh." I said, unamused. I didn't like hearing those names. I hated them for simply betraying us, for being so selfish. "Ha, very funny."
She gulped, knowing the fact that I absolutely hated ever hearing about them. "I really wish we would just get back and catch up, don't you think?"
There was no answer. The whole atmosphere suddenly went down when she mentioned those four. Honestly, I too wished we would but after knowing what they've done to themselves, I became too disappointed.
