Mace
[ 3 weeks pregnant ]
When I woke up the next morning I didn't have morning sickness. That I was thankful for but, I still had to tell Ai something else.
"Ai"
"Hey babe what's up?"
Aileen was cooking breakfast for the whole house with Rose. And the smell of the food made my stomach start to rumble with hunger.
"Um can I talk to you?"
"Sure"
Aileen help me upstairs again and closed the door beside us as we entered our room.
"What's up"
"I-I um I don't want it..."
"? Want what?"
I grabbed my stomach as my eyes started to blur. Fuck my hormones they are making me into a fucking sprinkler.
"This."
Aileen stared at me with pure shock.
"W-what, why?! I was gonna be an aunt and your taking it away from me?"
"I'm sorry Ai but I can't go through with this. I never wanted to get pregnant. I never wanted this."
"No no I'm sorry I'm being selfish. But Mace I'm being you to please think about this. This baby is a apart of you going through with... The abortion"
( let me just say I am not for abortion but the thought just came to me writing I'm sorry please forgive me!!)
Those words sent chills threw me.
I hated that people got them and I never understood why they got them. But now I do. All the fear and worry. I don't want to put this child through it, ever.
"Is like you are killing a piece of yourself. The baby is living Mace, right now. And it's living in you."
Aileen continued.
I knew she was right, but I was still scared I don't want to raise this baby well if I ever did raise the baby, in this world. I am still growing weak and it's scaring me.
"Ai, please, I'm sorry but I really can't. I am too scared! If I don't, this kid will be coming into the world alone! Because I know for a fact that if I give birth I will not survive!!"
"Don't you dare say that you are going to survive!!"
"DAMN IT!! AILEEN I CANT DO THIS!!"
"AND WHAT THE HELL MAKES YOU THINK I WILL LET YOU GIVE UP MY NIECE OR NEPHEW!!! HUH!!!"
"I DON'T KNOW MAYBE BECAUSE ITS MY DECISION!!! AND I ALREADY MADE THE APPOINTMENT!!!"
Aileen squeezed her fists tight and raised it about to hit me. But didn't she just turned around and slammed the door shut.
