12.) Now is the time

Mace
[ still 6 weeks pregnant ]

"I gave you 3 weeks, are you sure you want this?"

"I am"

"*sighs* Ok please change into this hospital gown and I'll be right back."

I stripped off my clothes and changed in the gown I was given.

"Please don't go"

"I-I already made up my mind"

"Mace please"

"I'm sorry"

I walked out the door leaving Aileen crying.

Once outside I shifted into my jet black wolf which was a little larger than regular sized wolfs. And eyes were still
gray.

My clothes laid on the floor from my shift and I picked them up in my mouth as I ran toward the pack doctor's
place for my appointment.

*knock knock*

The door swung open as I sat there waiting.

"Are you ready?"

I nodded in response.

"Ok, this is Anna. She will be helping me during this."

"Hi"

"Hello, nice to meet you"

She greeted me with a smile and kind of an English accent.

"Now please lay down."

I did as Marco told me.

"I know this is awkward but you are going to have to spend your legs."

Anna said holding my hand seeing as I asked her to. I didn't want to be alone right now and I was thankful for her saying yes.

"Ok"

"This might hurt a bit so bare with me."

"I'll try"

"Good"

Just as it was about to start someone came bursting in.

Marco backed up scared and I scooted to an up right position still hold Anna's hand shocked.

Azazel looked at my scared and with regret as he walked toward me.

"Why didn't you tell me..."

"...I-I couldn't I..."

He cut me off.

"YOU COULD HAVE TOLD ME!! YOU COULD HAVE TOLD ME WHAT I DID, BUT YOU KEPT IT FROM ME!!"

He was screaming and crying at me in pain. Watching him break down was unbearable.
Even I started to cry.

"I HAVE A CHILD AND I HURT YOU AND, AND!!"

He had a loss of words. And so did I.

"AHHHH I CANT EVEN THINK!!.... you were just going to get rid of our child with out even telling me Mace... I know I hurt you but you could have told me I had child!!"

I never thought I'd see an alpha break down in front of me.
My mate.
I felt all of his pain, his anger, confusion, shame, and how scared he was of all of this.

He just kept yelling and crying. At some point I didn't even notice but Anna and Marco left the room.

"SAY SOMETHING!! PLEASE MACE WHY! Why...."

And that was it.
I reached out to grab him as he did the same to me.

We cried in each other's arms. My head in the crock of his neck and his in mine.

"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry!!"

Azazel kept sobbing into my neck and hugging me tighter as I kept talking.

"I was so scared of what you did!! I didn't know what to do Azazel!! So when you told me we were mates I didn't have choice but to reject you, you were my mate and you hurt me."

"I swear Mace I never meant too if anything I love you!! You are my other half, the love of my life, my soulmate!!"

We were still holding each other and tight at that as we were both choking up.

"When I found out I was pregnant I was still going through the pain of what you did to me! I didn't know what to do you raped and beat me! YOU EVEN GOT ME PREGNANT WITH A KID I DIDN'T WANT!!"

"IM SORRY, IM SORRY!!! PLEASE FORGIVE ME ILL DO ANYTHING FOR YOU AND OUR CHILD!!"

"THEN LOVE ME!!"

"I WILL!!"

"Tell me everything is going to be ok!!"

"Even when things aren't I will!!"

"Never hurt me..."

"I'd die before doing that again..."

"And please, stay and protect us...."

I looked down at my flat belly with tears in my eyes.

Azazel lifted but my head from under my chin with his fingers, he cupped my face and wiped away my tears with his thumbs and he pulled in for a kiss before whispering.

"I have done you wrong and I will never again. My love."

Azazel helped me up to change before we left.
We didn't shift or anything on our way back.
We just walked hand in hand.
Silence surrounded us but we didn't mind. We had already said what needed to be said.

Once we got back to the pack houses it was around 6:48pm and we were both tired.
Instead of taking me to the beta house, Azazel took me to the alphas.
We went all the way upstairs to the 4th floor where the alphas were supposed to have.
And once in his room he shut and locked the door. He helped me strip to my briefs as he did the same and lead us to bed.
We laid comfortably in each other's arms. He was facing me, pulling me into his chest where I fit perfectly.

That night was the best sleep I've gotten in years.
