Aurelea was spending the day with her parents since Arthion had to attend to some matters with his parents. Elboron was even busy with his parents. Aurelea was looking for a dress to were, since she was going to spend the day with her parents, for the first time since they came to Gondor.
Aurelea put on a dress that was red, with white on the sides of the skirt part, and sleeves. She put her hair into a bun in the back, with a braid on the left side. She put on flat black shoes, and opened her bedroom door, closing it behind her. She was heading to meet her parents, when she ran into Arthion.
Arthion turned around from the decorator, to face her.
"Goheno hir vuin (Sorry my lord)," Aurelea apologized with great concern.
"Û hiril vuin, an negell nîn goheno nin me (No my lady, please forgive me)," Arthion insisted.
Aurelea smiled, and blushed a little bit.
"Very well, Arthion." Aurelea said.
Arthion and Aurelea paused for a moment. They just looked at each other, until Aurelea said, "Mauya nin avánië (I need to go), but I will see you later."
Arthion nodded and watched Aurelea walk off. Aurelea met her parents in the stables.
"A nana and ada (Hi mother and father)." Aurelea greeted.
Tauriel and Legolas turned to their daughter. Tauriel gave her daughter a hug and complimented Aurelea on her dress.
"What are we doing today?" Aurelea asked.
"We are taking a trip to Rivendell," Legolas explained as he handed Aurelea her weapons.
"We thought it was time for you to see another elf city," Tauriel added.
Aurelea smiled, as she saw her parents hop on their horses.
"Are you coming?" Tauriel asked.
Aurelea went over to her horse, and hopped on. Aurelea and her parents galloped out of the stables. They rode on the west side of the Misty Mountains, heading north.

Back at Gondor, Arthion was with his parents deciding on what decorations they will have for the coronation. His mother was so involved with the coordinators, while him and his father, sat down. Arthion sat on his throne chair, while Arthion sat on the steps. Arthion was so bored, that he had Aurelea on his mind. When Arthion becomes King of Gondor, he has to marry someone of a different kingdom, to unite the kingdoms. The king of Arador, has a daughter, that is his age, and he wants the two kingdoms to be united, but Arthion doesn't want to marry her.
"Hey mom, dad, can I talk to you real quick?" Arthion asked.
"Of course, son," Aragorn said
Arwen was still looking at decoration examples and talking to the coordinators. Arthion walked over to the coordinators and said, "Can everybody take a break." Everybody walked out of the throne room and took a break. Arwen walked over and sat next to her husband.
"What is it Arthion?" Arwen added.
"I need to talk to you about this marriage thing," Arthion said.
His parents were silent, waiting for him to speak.
"I don't want to marry the princess from Arador. I would like to chose who I would like to marry, on my coronation, or perhaps later on. I know you need these two kingdoms to unite, but what if we did it with another kingdom?"
"Who are you considering?"
"And what kingdom is she from?" Aragorn added.
"I was considering...considering the future ruler of Mirkwood, Aurelea." said Arthion.
Arthion's parents stood up out of their chairs, with a facial expression that read, what?
"Aurelea, why Aurelea?" asked Arwen. "What is the difference between her and the princess from Arador?"
"The difference is...is that I love her. I have never felt this way with any maiden. She makes me be myself. She enjoys my company, she laughs at my jokes, and enjoys many things that I enjoy." Arthion explained. "Why can't I marry her?"
"Son, she is an Elf," Aragorn said.
"What does that have to do with anything? Look at you and mom. Your a human, who can live for many years, and she is an elf."
"She is supposed to marry someone else, who her parents want the alliance with," Aragorn said. "It is just not going to happen.
"Do I get a say? What about my life?" Arthion asked as he walked off.
