In love with my brother's best friend?

Chapter 1

"Skyler! Come on we're gonna be late for the performance!" I hear my best friend Nalani yell from downstairs of my house.

"I'm coming!" I yell back. I pick my dancing outfit and my backpack (www.polyvore.com/cgi/set.locale=es&id=179774797) and run downstairs.

"Finally!" Nalani says sighting.

"Sorry, girl" I say smiling and she rolls her eyes playfully. "Mum, dad! Come on!" I yell and they get up from the couch and approach us.

"You look so good, girls" My mum says smiling. My dad noods in agreement and we both smile back.

"Come on! Lets go! We're gonna be late!" I say and we all hop in the car.

"Do you think your brother will come to see you?" Nalani asks and I rolled my eyes.

"I don't care if he doesn't come. I hate him" I say and my mum sights.

"Don't say that about your brother, Skyler. Be cheered we have a surprise for you after the performance" She says sternly.

"Why? He didn't even call on my birthdays!" I say raising my voice. "I bet he's so happy to have me away!"

"Enough!" My dad yells making me and my friend shudder. "I don't want to hear an argument about that again you hear me?"

"Whatever" I mumble.

"Excuse me?" He says raising his eyebrows looking at me from the mirror.

"I said yes" I respond and he noods sighting. I roll my eyes and finally we arrive to our High School. Nalani and I jump out of the car as soon as my dad parks it and run inside the building to meet the rest of our dance crew.

"Hey guys" Nalani says as we put our bags away. "Ready for the performance?"

"Hah, my second name is Ready" We hear Isaac saying. Isaac is my other bestfriend. He loves to dance as well. We three love to go surfing together and longboard around Oahu's streets.

"Alright, you sassy pants" I say laughing.

"Okay guys! Get in line! You're starting now!" Our teacher Kai says. He's been our hip hop teacher since we started High School and he is really really amazing. He even was finalist on "America's Best Dance Crew" program! Unluckily, a group of other girls did a lot better and they won but, his crew became pretty famous around the world which is amazing.

We get in line and we all run to the middle of the gym. We are cheered by every student and all of the parents as well. We do our performance that lasted about 15 minutes dancing without stopping. When we do our last dance move we hear the crowd roar and we all smile from ear to ear. Us 7 get together and bend down to salute the crowd and before going out of the field our teacher decides to do a presentation of us even everyone knows our names.

"Thank you so much for coming you guys!" He says cheerfully and the crowds cheers again. "Just to let you know, these guys are the most amazing dancers I've ever seen and their names are: Nalani! Isaac! Skyler! Aliana! Liko and the twins Keahi and Kelton!" The people starts throwing us roses as we go out of the field so the cheerleaders can do their performance. I run to my parents and give them both a huge hug.

"Skyler, honey. You were amazing" my dad says smiling.

"Thanks dad, how about my surprise?" I say smirking making them chuckle.

"There it is!" He says pointing to the gym door.

My face drops when I see Dylan standing there smiling and waving at me.
