Chapter 2

My face drops when I see Dylan standing there smiling and waving at me.

"Did you tell him to come?" I ask sighting.

"Yeah, he really wanted to watch your performance" My dad says smiling from ear to ear.

"Well, I didn't want him to see it" I say rolling my eyes.

"Come on, Skyler. Go say hi to your brother. He has missed you a lot" My mum says sighting.

"Alright, whatever" And with that I approach Dylan and give him a small smile. "Hey, Dylan"

"Hello, Skyler!" He says too cheerfully pulling me into a hug. I hug him back and inmediatly let him go. "You were amazing there! Why didn't you tell me you could dance like that?"

"Cause you were too busy to talk to me" I mumble looking down.

"What?" He asks raising an eyebrow.

"Nothing. I'm going to say bye to my friends" I say frowning and go away. Gosh, why does he have to be here? It was perfect with mum, dad and me.

"Hey girl! Saw your brother! How is he doing?" Nalani asks smiling.

"Don't know, and don't care" I respond making her sight.

"Come on, Sky. Give him an opportunity. I bet he wants to pass some time with you so bad" She says.

"Yeah, didn't seem like that these past years" I say and she rolls her eyes and chuckles.

"Alright, grumpy" She says making me laugh. "Anyways, I have to get going now. My parents are waiting for me. Talk to you later!" She says hugging me and running to her family. I wave her good bye and go tell good bye to the rest of my dance crew. 

"Guys, I have to leave now. The performance was amazing by the way" I say smiling to them.

"It was perfect!" I hear Kai saying from behind me. "Really, guys I'm so proud of you. You're a great team!"

"Thanks, man!" Liko says smirking. "Next time we'll be better anyways!"

"You can always improve, guys remember this!" Kai says proudly. "Anyways guys, gotta go now. My girlfriend's gonna kill me if I'm late one more minute! See you on the next dance class!"

"Alright bye!" We all say. 

"Well, I'm leaving too guys. Unfortunately, my brother came today and I guess we are having a family time at home" I say rolling my eyes.

"Same here!" The twins say. "See you later guys!"

"Good bye!" We say and I go back with my family.

"Hey, Sky. Are you ready to go?" My dad says.

"Yeah, and to die too" I mumble but they don't hear me. We go out of the gym and we hop into the car to go home.

*At home.

I hop out of the car and go to inside my room and slam the door. I lie on my bed looking up and sight deeply. I can't believe that Dylan's here. I don't want to believe it. It was perfectly fine when he was away. Just mum, dad, and me enjoying our family time. Plus, he didn't even call or tried to talk to us when he was gone. It's been freaking five years since that and when I have my best performance, he has to come and waste my good time. I hope he just goes away again and leaves us alone.

"Sky?" I hear my mum saying from the door.

"Hey mum" I say sitting up. 

"Come downstairs we are going to play Time's Up" She says smiling.

"Do I have to play?" I say rolling my eyes.

"Yes. We are having a family night so come on" She says sighting and I groan. I finally get up and meet them in the living room.

"Alright, who are the teams?" I ask hoping I don't go with Dylan.

"Oldies vs Children" My dad says smiling and I breath deeply. I don't say anything not to waste the "fun" time with my family and we start playing. After ten rounds I have the word "Pig" so I start pointing to Dylan.

"Actor?" he asks and I smirk. I pull my nose up and he raises and eyebrow. "Is it pig?"

"Very good, Dylan. Seems you aren't as stupid as I thought" I say smirking.

"What?" He asks obviously hurt.

"Sky, enough" My dad says and I smirk at him.

"Make me" I say. "He got it didn't he? Then lets keep playing"

"Excuse me young lady but that's not the way you should talk to your brother. Now say sorry to him"

"I'll apologize when he apologizes for not giving a fuck about us since he left" I say and I see my dad with furious eyes.

"But I..." Dylan started to say.

"Don't say anything, Dylan. Don't worry" My dad says calmly and he faces me again. "And you, go up to your room. You're grounded you hear me?"

"No" I simply say and my mum's eyes grow wide open when my dad sights deeply to not get too mad.

"Sky, I'm counting to three. If you're not in your room by then I swear you're grounded for the rest of the year" He says and my eyes grow wide open.

"You can't do that!" I yell furiously.

"One" He starts but I don't move a muscle.

"Two" with that I get angrier and throw the game and my chair on the floor.

"Whatever!" I yell making my way to my room. "I wish you didn't come back!" And with that I slam my door and lock it from the inside.

"Why does she hate me?" I hear Dylan asking with pain in his voice.

"She doesn't hate you, honey" My mum says. "She just missed you so much, she doesn't understand why you couldn't call us."

"Didn't you tell her?" He asks and I raise an eyebrow.

"We didn't see her ready so she doesn't know about it" My dad says sadly. "I'm sorry Dylan. I think you'll have to work to get her into you again because of us. Don't tell her, she might get really hurt."

"It's alright, dad" He says smiling. "I'll get her again" He says proudly. Hah, good luck jerk. I don't care what has happened to you and you won't make me love you again. That doesn't mean that you couldn't even let me know why you couldn't talk to me to tell me what was the problem. You were just too busy with your stupid acting career.

I suddenly feel that my eyes start to drop so I go put my pijama on and lie under the covers. I fall asleep instantly.
