Zee appear back underground hideaway with the bogs holding Katie. Katie was scared of what going on with her.

"Shadow, this better be good" Gagus appear in a hologram in front of his daughter.

"The nuisances are not dead but I have retrieve The Sellic Heart and it's carrier" she said.

"Good job. Take it to The Sellic Garden, plague the Pillar, kill the carrier. The nuisances might come to it's rescue. Kill them!"

"Don't worry dad. I have someone taking care of the Princess right now. Even if they defeat my drone, they got the bog army to deal with. They won't live to see another day" Shadow gave a sickening smirk at Katie.

Princess Emma was tangled up in red vines. She looked at Cody's new appearance and powers. Her right hand glowed red, controlling the vines. Nathan grabbed Hawkmoon with his free hand but it was quickly wrap up.

"Cody, it's me, Em. Your best friend. Why are you trying to kill me?"

Cody ignore her friend. Emma felt the vines wrap tightly at her chest, squeezing the life out of her. If this keeps up, she'll be dead.

Emma's eyes turn blue as she look into Cody's black eyes. She didn't feel the vines anymore. She wasn't in the castle. The Princess was looked around the white world and saw pictures of her, Cody, Nathan, her family and other friends. The pictures were marked out by black substance.

In the middle of the place was Cody's body, guarded by a pool of the substance. "This is her mind. Whatever that is must be controlling her I think. How do I save her?"

The substance form into a giant snake, setting its eyes to the prey. Emma didn't have time to think as the black snake prepared to strike. It leap into action, heading towards the Princess with it's fangs opened.

Emma leapt to the side and start hauling ass to her friend. The snake hit the floor but slithered it's way to the woman. Emma had to jump over the substance to get to Cody.

The snake leap its head at the Princess and hit the floor again. Emma jump to her best friend. Unfortunately, she was grabbed by the black substance. She had nowhere to go. The snake rose above the human. This was the end for Emma. The snake headed towards her, fangs showing. Emma shut her eyes closed. "CODY!"

The snake's head stop as it's mouth was hit with a fireball. "Get away from my best friend!"

Emma opened her eyes and saw Cody flying beside her, her eyes still black. She blast the substance off Emma, grabbed her, and precede burn all of the dark matter. The substance was gone.

Once the two best friends was back on the floor, Emma hugged Cody tightly. "God, I missed you."

"I miss you too, Em. I also miss breathing" Emma turn down the hugging intensity. As they hug, the black substance on the pictures melt away. "Thank you so much, Emma."

Emma awoke and found herself back in the castle in front of Cody, still tied up in the red vines. Cody's eye went from all black to her regular eyes except they were red. "Wha-what happened?"

The vines disappeared off everyone. Emma hug Cody this time for real. Nathan got up and joined in.

"You're back. That's what matters" said Emma. The trio were back together again.
