3 Best Friends: The Friendquel

Chapter 9

Emma and Frac begin to worry about Nathan leaving on his own against a very dangerous assassin like Raizin. She lost one best friend. She don't want to lose another. Master Qin told them what Nathan was doing. But the better question is where.

Frac and Drageon sent knights to search for the earthling as Emma waits. "Nathan, please be okay" she prayed by the window, looking at the pearly white moon.

Two knights guarding the freezer room in the below level of the castle. They were soon felt a sharp pain through their midsection. A dark red tendril went through their chest, slowly retreated back inside.

The knights fell on the ground. The tendrils disappear and the door burst out of the way. Walking out of the room, Cody went on her path of destruction through the castle.

The woman felt started to calm down as she looked around. She was in a large vehicle, sitting on a warm metal bed. Her work clothes are soaking wet but she felt warm.

She hears commotion going on outside. The woman's vision was blurry and wobbly so she stay still for a bit. She thought of what happened to her. She was just working at her job, found a necklace and teleported.

The ship shook again. The woman stood up and went to the windshield window. Two men were battling with swords. She couldn't tell what the guy with the red light was but she thought she knew the other one. He looked very familiar but she didn't want to be wrong. She start to find a way out of the ship.

Raizin and Nathan clashed swords again. Nate start to lose feeling in his hands from the chilly location. He have to defeat Raizin and quick. The two push against each other and jump backwards away.

Raizin was getting angry by the second. His body glowed red once again. The ice he was standing on cracked all around him. The assassin was ready to finish this petty fight. He prepare himself to pounce towards the human.

Unfortunately, a giant three eye fish bust out the ice and shallowed him whole, then return into the water.

Nathan looked at Manzanillo fall onto the ice floor. He sigh of relief as he didn't avenge the lost of Cody the way he expected, but Raizin was gone.

Nate got ready to run back to the castle, but he felt like he was being watched. He saw a figure staring at him by Raizin's ship. The earthling walked up a little closer to get a better look. His eyes open wide at the woman in front of him.

She had a curvy body, black hair, and green eyes. She wore a green polo and black capris. Her eyes were wide as well, squealing out of excitement.

"Katie?"

"Nathan?"

The two humans went up each other and hugged.

"Why are you here? How did you get here? It's a long story" they asked in unison. One of them would but it was too cold to talk.

An idea sneaked into Nate's head. He looked at Raizin's ship and smiled. "Come on, you gotta meet the others."

Katie and Nathan walked into the ship. Katie sat in the passenger seat while Nate strapped in the pilot seat. He looked at the buttons on the dashboard. Pressing a couple of buttons, the ship powered on.

"Have you flown this before?" asked Katie.

Nate laughed, shaking his head no.

Nathan held the wheel, hovering the ship in the air. It was a rocky start but they were ready launch off to the castle.

After searching the rest of the night, the elite knights went back to the castle. Frac and Drageon decide to continue to look around the city. Emma stood out of the balcony with her hopes held high for her best friend to come safe.

At the hole in the ice, Raizin swim out of the water. Once he got out, he picked up Manzanillo and went to his ship. Except it was gone. His right eye start to twitch,his body glowing red. It wasn't bad enough he was eaten. But Nathan stole his ship.

It was at that moment, Nathan fucked up. Raizin roar at the top of his lungs. He's going destroy everyone he see.
