Bella's Sister

Chapter 9

I was playing in the flowers, in the sunlight. My dirty blonde hair flowing behind me, my white short above the knee-high flowy dress following me. It was beautiful. I didn't know who was chasing me, but boy was I grinning and lauging and giggling. It was almost reality, until my grin, laughter and giggles stopped. I just stared in horror at something, or someone. I finally got a view of Jasper and Alice making out, and my beautiful meadow, suddenly turned into a field of dead grasses and flowers. I looked around, and it was like a room full of mirrors. They were everywhere I turned. It was now a nightmare. I fell to my knees, crying. Then, they walked up to me, smirking, grinning. They're eyes suddenly turned red, and they're fangs pointed out, and I sat there, shocked, in horror. Fear, is what I felt. I tried to shift, but I couldn't. Jasper then whispered something. "Don't be afraid my love. This will not hurt." He said reassuringly, but I didn't feel assured. Not one bit. Then, he gently pulled me up by my chin, and grinned viciously. He then raised his hand, ready to cut my head off, when my world began to tremble. Shaking. They grinned menacingly.

I was then woken up by someone shaking me. I gasped and clutched my heart as I sat up, and saw Edward beside me, looking very concerned. "What was that?" He asks me. I just breathe heavily. "I don't know, I didn't even want to think of them, yet..." I say, trailing off. He nodded and I looked outside and it was raining. I remembered, I got suspended, and dad was gonna kick my ass. "Your dad knows. And yes, he's going to kick your ass. He's coming up." Edward whispered as he vanished into the dark. "Edward!" I hissed at him. I heard a deep chuckle. "Pretend your asleep. I just unlocked your door. 3, 2." Before he could say one, I was already back in bed, all relaxed and if I relaxed just enough, I could've been asleep.

Then, dad came bursting through my doors and was about to yell at me, when he saw I was asleep, then quietly went back downstairs. He shut the door and I sighed. "He was about to yell really loud at you, and I didn't want him to be on your back too, since you know, your already under enough stress." Edward muttered. I smiled and turned around. "Thank you Edward." I whisper as he comes and lays back down beside me. "Your a good actress. Your heart was beating slowly, your breathing was soft, you didn't flinch or shift." He commented. I smiled. "Good, but I want to be a veterinarian." I say. He smiled. "I don't know what Bella wants, or who." He said quietly. I hugged him.

"Don't worry about it right now Edward. Just, wait awhile, we had just gotten back remember? Maybe......she just wants to spend more time with Jake since he was our best friend for some amount of years. Maybe she just wants to be best friends again. Don't worry about it right now." I tell him quietly. He sighed, nodding. "Alright. I'll listen. Now, you should go to sleep, you still have to reject Jasper today." He reminded me. I groaned and face planted into the pillows again. "Okay." I said, but it was muffled. He put his cold hand on my back and I then fell asleep.

I got up, and Edward was gone. I sighed and got out of bed, getting dressed. I walk downstairs to a pissed off dad. He held a piece of paper in his hand. "You got suspended!?!" He booms, I flinch, I back up into a corner and coward down. "I missed classes without a note or permission." I squeaked. His face softened. "It's because of him right?" He asks me. I nod stiffly. He groaned as he rubbed his temples. He paced around the kitchen. I got back up and went around him to get some food.

"I found out he was cheating, so every class I had with him, I skipped." I lied, because actually, I thought he hated me for phasing. I felt bad for lying to dad, but it was for his own good. He nodded. "Okay. I talked to your principal today. He said by next semester, you can go back to school." Dad said, and I groaned and softly banged my head against the refrigerator. He walked over and pulled me away from the fridge. "You have 6 months to go back to school! Chill out!" He told me. I squealed happily. He chuckled and went to work. I was alone now. "Fuck this! I'm going to Sam's!" I announce to no one, but me, and maybe a spider or two.

I walk up to my room and grab my phone and nearly died when I saw Jasper here with Alice. I growled. "I reject you Jasper Hale, for not being loyal! For lying to me! I reject you." I tell him. His face paled even more then his own skin color. Alice gasped. "And Alice. Your not my friend anymore, or family." I hiss at her as I jump out of my window and walk to my car. I got in and was about to shut my door, when a white hand stopped it. "Meagan. You must understand that Alice and I have been together for over 90 years." Jasper started and I growled and snapped at him. "Understand this Jasper Hale! I don't love you anymore! Go love Alice some more! You sure seemed to the other day." I said and shut my door.

I then punched my gear shift into reverse, pulled out, then punched it into 2nd gear, and zoomed away. I drove all the way to Sam and Emily's. I got out of my car and stomped up the stairs. "Gosh damn vampires!" I yell to myself. I grab a muffin and lay down on Jared on the couch. "Ew! You reek!" Jared said and pushed me off of him. I landed on the ground. I glared at him while I ate my muffin. "What did the vamps do?" Sam asks me. "My fucking mate cheated on me with my ex best friend. And I got suspended from school for 6 months, I'm pretty happy about that. And I just now rejected him, and I nearly killed him. I wanna die!!" I say and start to cry as the mate bond starts to break. All the boys and Emily crowd around me as I clenched my heart. "Stupid fucking vampires!!! I'll kill them!" Jared cussed out. Everyone was pissed. Sam carried me to a bedroom in the back of the house and laid me on a bed. I snuggled up to a pillow. "Thanks brother." I whispered. He kissed my forehead. "No problem sis." He whispered and walked out, closing the door behind him.

I then, went to sleep. My heart aching from a lost lover, my head hurting from all this damn drama.
