They all stopped running. Panting and sobbing, Virginia fell to the floor. She was shaking her head. Mary was her best friend, her FIRST friend in fact. It was the worst thing that had happened to her since the car accident a few years ago.

Virginia was driving to her aunts house with her parents. She was only 13 years old. Her sister was 10 and her parents were amazing. She had a great life.

Virginia was just dozing off to sleep when she heard a screetch coming from the tires of the car. Then a loud crash and she realized that the car was now rolling on its side and the windows were smashing around and cutting her.

She remembered waking up in the hospital. The doctors telling her that her mom and sister were dead. She remembered crying. She remembered it  hurting her insides. Hurting her heart.

Virginia came back to reality and stood up. The others still panting and looking at her. "Let's go." She said moving forwards. They were all surprised. Virginia was usually the one saying what they should and shouldn't do. It was almost as though she just didn't care anymore.

They were walking for quite a while now and surprisingly nothing bad was happening.

A few moments later, Virginia began to laugh uncontrollably. She got louder and louder until she was shaking. Shaking so badly that she fell to the ground. She stood up still laughing and shaking and speaking words that neither Robert, nor Betty could understand what she was saying.

This had been going on for a while now until her eyes completely turned black, and blood started dropping from her mouth and her nose. Still  laughing, Virginia put both her hands on her neck, and twisted. Twisted her own neck and died. She fell to the floor with tears in her eyes and blood on her face.

They saw a dark figure rise out of her body and disappear.

Yet another death had occured in that hallway.
